The owner and staff were very friendly and tried to fulfil any requests. It is an older building, charming feel to it, in a great location of Isla , close to the beach, the malecon, stores and restaurants.

The building itself and the additional appointments were uniquely outstanding. Most beautifull and pleasing. It’s run as an extended family/ public home.

“Cute hotel on quiet street but lacking customer service and attention”
Great location, situated on a backstreet just a few min walking distance to beach and restaurants. My room had 2 balconies and a lot of light came in. Cleaning man Felipe did a great job in cleaning my room every day. Close to everything but still quiet (I sleep with earplugs) Rooftop terrace..great for yoga or a stretch in the morning. Big comfy bed I was able to negotiate a low-season discount Free water fountain Wifi was available in room.

“Nice hotel”
The atmosphere in the hotel. The amount of towels, the help from the owners, the l location. As a female solo traveller, it's nice not to walk in empty streets at night. The hotel is just one street removed from the main street with shops and restaurants. Everything is nearby. I read the reviews before booking, so I knew the rooms are a little dated. That was part of the charm for me. I had hot water all day, 2 clean towels every day. There was a fan and an AC, so chose what you like.

Location was very nice, it was quiet even though the hotel is situated right in the center. The room was cleaned everyday, the stuff was very nice and helpful

The family was so helpful and friendly. Great location from the ferry. We loved sitting on the balcony and seeing the sea. We had kitchenette which was wonderful. Great size fridge! Bed was very comfy!

Perfect location, only a short walk to all the beaches. Many restaurants nearby, but still on a quiet enough street tucked behind all of the action. Wonderful and friendly staff. The hotel was absolutely beautiful in a traditional Mexican style and was exceptionally clean. We didn’t leave or return without seeing one of the housekeepers cleaning something or another to exacting detail. Would stay here again!

“I wouldn’t stay there longer than 1 night”
it has a nice location, not so far from the ferry station and the beach. Good air conditioning. Free drinkable water supply. Comfortable bed.
