“Great location”
The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the ferry. The apartment was big, airy and light. There were enough towels and a dressing gown. Soap etc. Good shower. TV in the lounge area and bedroom, which is very unusual but excellent. A/C worked well. Bedside lights are a plus and huge comfortable bed. There is water tower in a lower floor. Blackout blinds were fantastic. Patio doors in both lounge and bedroom were great. Huge fridge with freezer compartment. Cooker and microwave worked well. If you are up early enough there is cake on the drinks (tea/coffee) station. No breakfast. Big balcony. The staff respected i did not want the apartment cleaned and did not want to be disturbed. I found all the staff really lovely and friendly. It was quiet overnight.

The room was very spacious. The hotel was very clean. Really liked the location. They have beach towels available. There were problems with my flush and air conditioner however both were addressed right away, very quickly.

“In the heart of isla mujeres and big room”
The Location is amazing;in the heart of the island and super close to playa Norte where you want to swim. Room is super big and I must say you don’t find easily that kind of size! The stuff is accommodating- they let me check out later (3.30pm) for a little fee which was super nice.
