Central located with all the amenities, Large and confortable bed and pillow, lovely 3 floors building, with coffee bistrot connected to the entrance, best cappuccino of the island and delicious breakfast meals, you need to try their homemade jams and butter. We had the possibility to take a shower after our check out on the terrace so we could enjoy the beach until the very last minutes :) Room was refreshed every single day from the housekeeper and a tank of drinkable water was provided. While the island do not have any luggage storage and late check out wasn't available that date, we were offer to leave our luggages for few hours. Communication with the property was easy and well organised. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again Thank you

“Location location”

Perfect location, only minutes to everything in central, 10 minute walk to the beach. Quite ,comfortable big bed , shower with a wand and lots of hot water. And also supplied us with large jug of water for filling up water bottles, bonus.

Great location, fresh, clean, spacious and cool room, lovely hosts, secure feeling. Well and thoughtfully appointed. Great communication. I didn’t think to take photos but what you see on their listing is accurate.

Everything was perfect for our stay, starting from the bed big and comfy, super clean everything and the owner was really kind explaining us everything from the island and answering every question we had. He even own a little bar near, breakfast was so delicious!

Great place to stay! Owner and his family are amazing and really helpful. They give a lot of useful tips for exploring the island.

What can I say... perfect! The host was kind, helpful and friendly. He showed us what to do and see on the island. The accommodation was clean and had all the comforts. Breakfast at the host's bar was not to be missed! Possibility of using beach equipment (umbrellas/deckchairs/beach towels)... essential to avoid getting baked in the sun... if we ever return to Isla, I will definitely look for availability in this structure. Highly recommended.

Well located location, big comfy room, the Host Madjid was awesome and provided insightful information. Beach towels were also provided. Near the center but very quiet.

Fantastic boutique hotel! The room is so beautiful and comfortable. It got cleaned every day and had a beautiful terrace. The best thing is it's location. It is super central to everything. Main bar/restaurant street is one block away, the north beach and ferry station just 5-10 min walk away but yet it is SUPER quiet. We slept wonderfully. Madrid was super kind and gave us a great introduction of the island with great tips and recommendations. As I had to work a couple of days, the wifi connection was very important to us and it worked perfectly. Best place to stay in Isla mujeres❤️

Location was great, Madjid the host was really nice, the room was clean and comfortable.

We can not rate this place enough. The location is amazing and room was spot on. The owner Majdid went above and beyond with explaining the local areas and all the good spots to eat. They also have a great little cafe/restaurant attached that has an amazing breakfast. Would go back here in a heart beat. If it's avaliable then book it. You won't regret it!
