Location right on the beach was absolutely stunning You get access to the beach club and guaranteed a bed Rooms spacious and lovely Nice swimming pool looking on to the beach for when you want a change from the sea

The location is excellent, right on the beach. They have a large swimming pool with view of the ocean. The room is large, with a double bed, two single beds and a sofa. There's plenty of space for suit cases. However, the price this time was high. Given that the neighbour hotel, Na Balam, is virtually identical to hotel Jaguar, we'll probably pick Na Balam next time based on price.

We commend the exceptional customer service, dedicated staff, diverse menu selections, and the inviting ambiance of the king suite. The staff consistently provides attentive and courteous assistance. Having a refrigerator in the room with refrigerated items and snacks is a nice touch. The beach club offers outstanding service and a vibrant atmosphere. We particularly appreciate the guaranteed sunbed availability throughout your stay, along with the provision of beach towels.

Excellent hotel right on the most beautiful beach in Isla Mujeres! The level of service, the convenient access to the premium beach and sunbeds makes it an excellent place to rest and simply enjoy the sun and the sea, without a single worry. People complain about breakfast in reviews, but honestly, it was fine - it does take some time, as you order from the menu, as it would in a restaurant (it’s not a buffet). But the food is good quality, and staff are really nice. Sunbeds right on the beach reserved to the hotel guests all day as part of the beach club. And the at the sunbed service throughout the day keeps drinks and food flowing in the most efficient way - we never had to wait for long. Master suite was very spacious, water temperature and pressure were good, and much better than other places we stayed in Mexico. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, getting info for ferry, massages, accommodating our requests and helping with taxies. There is a beauty spa with cosmetic treatments available (facials etc - at the time of our visit they offered a free hydrofacial, which was top notch), and well as spa with great quality/value massages.

“The right place for a lovely stay”

Don't search anymore, if you can afford it, this is the place to be in Isla Mujeres. The hotel is located right on the nicest and most quiet part of Playa Norte, with an easy access to the beach and within walking distance to dowtown and the ferry station. Rooms are comfortable and clean, they come with a fridge and coffe-making facilities. The restaurant is of high quality and the à-la-carte breakfast has a very good choice. The premises have lots of greenery and they are nicely decorated. The staff is kind and professional. All in all, we loved our stay and would be back for sure.

Overall, a great stay, fantastic location, beautiful beach, comfy beach beds, lovely and most helpful staff at the hotel reception. We travelled with a baby, they offered a baby cot at no extra cost. Hotel is small, quiet and cozy, has beautiful minimalistic interiors.

The property was in an excellent location right on Playa Norte beach which is the best beach on the island! It was quiet in the evenings and just a short walk into town for dinner in the many restaurants. The bedroom was huge, the room and all of the amenities were great & the bed was very comfortable. Staff at the hotel reception were very friendly and very helpful. A particular thanks to Diego on the front desk who was fantastic!

“Beautiful hotel with an absolutely gorgeous beach area!”

What an amazing hotel in a fantastic location. It is right on Playa Norte, which is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The hotel has beautiful and spacious rooms with balconies. But the biggest plus is definitely the beautiful beach area with sunbeds for their guests. Breakfast is fantastic and served in the beach club OCEANVS. We spent our last days in Mexico here and enjoyed a couple of luxurious beach days there. Absolutely recommended!

“Nice location but a lot lacking sadly”

The room was very well appointed and the hotel is in the best location on the island right on the beach. On the whole the staff were ok but Sunny way surpassed everyone else with his attention to detail

“Great location, lovely property”

Lovely clean rooms, drinking water provided. Quiet pool area (we had it to ourselves pretty much every day so the kids could enjoy themselves and make noise). Huge portions for breakfast (which is included). Great location - 100m to beach and short walk to the town. Lovely beach beds including service from the bar and restaurant. Reception staff are incredible - very helpful and can arrange all sorts for you.

The room is nice, nothing special but it’s a good size and has lots of storage. Plenty of sun loungers available. Good central location.

Perfect location, beautiful beach ideal for kids. Great food and service. The staff was very helpful and attentive. We really liked the closeness to the beach.

Everyone at the hotel was eceptionally courtieous and helpful. Our stay at the hotel felt welcomed. The facility was clean and spcious. The bed was comfy and luxurious as well. Despite the high heat and humidity on the island, the airconditioning made the room feel comfortable. The meals at breakfast were deliscious and memorable in their presenation and flavors. My favorite part is how the building is designed, the decor, and the landscaping of the property. It was so beautiful, I was reluctant to leave to go on any outings and definitley sad to leave to return home. When we return to the island, my boyfriend and I will certainly be staying here again!! You get so much value and more for what you pay for!
