“Great spot for a quiet stay”

We loved the beach which mostly felt private and all to ourselves. Really appreciated the filtered water available throughout the hotel. It was very quiet which was something we were looking for. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and linen were great too!

We wanted a quiet location and it was. We often had the beach to ourselves. The pool was often quiet if not just us. There was fresh water on every floor to help yourselves. There was fresh coffee in the room and topped up. There was a big fridge in our room and it wasn’t noisy. Also a microwave and coffee maker. The bed was really comfortable. The air con was quiet and cold too. The cleaning lady( don’t know her name) was lovely. I would recommend casa bonita to anyone

Upon arrival we thought the place may be a little remote. After absolutely no time at all we realised it was a gorgeous hidden gem run by a lovely family, super restaurants and a fun (non intrusive) beach bar a short stroll (or swim) away. It's idyllic, the jetty and the sea are picture perfect and the pool is kept immaculate. The apartment is huge and beautifully turned down each day. It's a fantastic little place to call your own for your stay, with lovely people around to assist or leave you in peace. The outlook is utterly spellbinding. The resident stingrays, eagle rays, pelicans, barracuda, puffer fish, eels etc all add to the absolute joy (for a water loving family). Gecko's, iguana, birds, lovely greenery, spectacular scenery just add to the experience. What a place, off the beaten track and miles from some of the larger modern establishments, it oozes friendliness and charm and is kept like a shiny new pin. Thank you.

“Perfect, just what we were looking for.”

Perfect, just what we were looking for. So chilled and relaxed. We were met as we arrived. Staff very pleasant but didn’t have much interaction with them, all very hassle free. Double room with a small balcony looking over the garden, which was plenty big enough for all our belongings. As it faced east we had the sun on the little balcony as it came up, which is where we had a cuppa and breakfast - our view straight ahead was really lush vegetation with some colourful and some noisy birds. We bought cereal, milk and fruit (there is a fridge). When we asked, we were also kindly provided with a kettle (despite our lack of Spanish we made ourselves understood). We also took teabags - but coffee and coffee pot provided. There’s a small shop 10 minutes walk away but it might be an idea to buy your essentials before arriving. We couldn’t find fruit locally. There were 2 large bottles of filtered water on the landings, so you can help yourself. A large jug to fill up in the room was also provided, which was much appreciated. The (comfortable) bed was made and the bins emptied every day. As others have said, we basically had the pool to ourselves and no one else was on the little beach. There is shade if you want it and a lovely little spot to watch the sun go down over the sea. Fabulous view. All the sunbeds have cushions (by the pool and near the beach) and there were 3 inflatables to sit on and cool down in the pool. Excellent Wi-Fi, even on the beach. There’s not a great deal of choice for restaurants in the immediate area but we walked to 5 different places and ate well. If you get fed up with tacos, Ulan also does fantastic pizzas. We also walked along the road a short way then to the sea and along the sandy coves, and the rocky side of the island to the town in middle (25 mins), and to the southern point (15 mins). A cab from the ferry / Playa Norte is 150 mxn. If you want a laid back, peaceful few days, I would thoroughly recommend Casa Bonita.

Beautiful beachfront. Quiet area to stay in. Not centrally located to downtown but easy to get a taxi there that wasn’t too expensive. Room was spacious and had the essentials.

“A good place to spend 3 nights on Mujeres”

Biggest positive was the private beach and pool area. There was only 1 other couple in the hotel so we basically had the beach to ourselves - great lazy day just sunbathing and going in the sea to cool off - the sunset from there was amazing. - Check in was good, the staff were waiting for us to arrive so we can easily get into our room, - The accommodation was clean and king size bed was very comfy - They provided a big jug of water for us in the room - saved us time and money! The location was great for us; - much more peaceful than the north side - 150MXN for a taxi from the port and easy to find a taxi when waiting on the main roads. - Also lovely cafes and restaurant just over the road - ULAN and a campervan cafe.

The sunsets from the property. There is a tiny private beach nice to chill. The room and bathroom is huge. The bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in.

“A wonderful place among palm trees garden”

Great sea view. The hotel is situated in a beautiful garden surrounded by palm trees. The pool is wonderful, the beach is narrow but very intimate. If you need peace and quiet this place is perfect.

“Remote location but quiet and far from the ugly north part of the island”

The location is nice and quiet with see view. We took the public bus everywhere to get to the island which was really convenient because it is quite remote.
