“Amazing hotel with excellent staff”
The receptionists were extremely nice and caring - they made sure our stay was perfect. The quiet location in the south was amazing - just as the included beach club breakfast (we could choose à la carte). 100% worth it to stay!

“Solid with a few quirks”
Overall we enjoyed the place. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags and organising a Golf Cart. Big bed, good air-conditioning and a coffee machine with a huge pot of drinking water. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. There's also a safe. It's on the south of the island, so heading into town will take you 15 minutes by taxi, which is 150 pesos each trip. Quiet enough but there are a few odd sounds like bubbling water from the boiler perhaps. Our room was cleaned daily. I would stay here again no problem.

The rooms are great. It's near some restaurants and beach clubs also has a Drugstore behind the hotel. If you need to get to the city downtown you can either call a taxi cab or wait in the street for one.

“Great place! Everything so clean & spacious, I can recommend 100%”
The rooms are super clean, the towels are super white and clean, the beds are clean, the AC works great, the staff is great, super spacious room, with a kichenett included, all is good! The location of this hotel is close to punta sur, at the very south part of the island, so if going downtown you need a taxi.

“Not worth it”
The room is large and pretty well equipped, with drinking water provided every day. The mattress was comfortable, there was plenty of storage space and the shower had good pressure.

“An amazing location! If you are looking for a chill time, no crowds, beautiful water this is it.”
We really enjoyed the breakfasts at the Beach club Kin Ha and the beach and the beautiful blue like the sky Water!!!! The North of the Island is so busy and this place is a perfect balance. The beach club fills up around lunch time but it is still enjoyable. The street is away from the main road so there is no crazy traffic and the beach is so close!

The location was really nice, far from the centre in a cosy surrounding, access to the swimming pool and a sea bank via the restaurant they cooperate with.

“Excellent Stay”
This is such a lovely place and we are so happy we stayed here. The staff are excellent! Super helpful and informative, we booked the isla contoy trip and a golf cart with them, which we highly recommend. The room is really spacious and comfortable, has a water station, coffee machine, fridge and everything you need. The location is South Island, and we preferred this as it was more relaxed and still had good bars/ restaurants that you can walk to. It was easy to get a taxi if you wanted to head up to the north island. Added bonus is the use of the facilities at the kin-ha beach bar across the road. We loved Kin Ha, a great vibe, food, drinks, and staff. You can use their snorkle equipment, pools, and get breakfast included here. Also recommend visiting the Isla Brewing company bar (mid Island), great setting, drinks selection, and food, we went twice!

“Amazing stay! Staff 10/10”
We had a fantastic stay at Casa Azyl Maya. The main reason for this, the staff, they were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They really made our stay exceptional! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and I can't recommend it enough. The room itself was spacious, clean and modern. We loved all the little touches like filtered water and coffee. The beach club nearby is also brilliant! The kyak and paddle board rental is available for free. Their margaritas are the best on the island. We rented a golf buggy through the hotel which was super easy and a good price. There is also a new Santander ATM and small supermarket within walking distance which is ideal!
