My boyfriend and I loved our stay! The view of the ocean was unmatched by any ocean view we had scene in a hotel before. Andrea was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Isla Mujeres!

“Day trip to Isla Mujeres”

The location was perfect; just in front of the ocean so when you wake up you can admire the calming waves of the ocean. The place also had small pool on the rooftop and sunbathing area. The host was very helpful with everything; recommendations for good restaurants, what to see, where to rent golf cart (which was super fun to drive around with ) . I would highly recommend this beautiful and serene place <3

“A romantic getaway”

Highly recommend this location. A romantic getaway spot that was all at once private, luxurious and safe. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating- going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Loved the outdoor spaces (large deck and rooftop pool area) were calm and quiet. Being able to hear and see the ocean waves from our room brought me so much peace. The main town area is within walking distance / you can rent golf carts and scooters by the ferry port. This is a great getaway spot if you are looking to relax and rejuvenate by the sea.

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea & Flavio’s apartment. It was gorgeous, with views looking out from the bed over the sea, well-located, clean, cosy and with a magnificent roof terrace and pool. We only wish we could have stayed longer. If I could give 10+ stars for communication I would, the very first message until we checked out we felt well looked after. Until next time!

We loved our stay here. You literally wake up to the sunrise that you can view from your bed and watch the sunset from the rooftop pool in the evenings. It's very small and felt more like a BNB than a hotel, we ran into the hosts a lot. Overall, the design, the aesthetic and the service was excellent. We really had a great time and would definitely return.

I can highly recommend Andrea and this beautiful casa. I was so mindblowed over this place. It was absolutely what I've been looking for. Location is just the best on earth. Best stay I ever had. Andrea was a superb host. He was by far the most responsive and patient of any host I’ve ever interacted with, repeatedly going above and beyond to offer excellent local recommendations for restaurants, rentals, tours, taxis and anything else we asked about. Even discouraging us to do a tour that we were considering but he politely helped us understand why we would have been disappointed. Bravo! We’ll definitely be back.

“Beautiful stay : Casa Alkimia”

This place is probably the best you can get on the island. Beach view, private beach access, local tips, awesome airconditioning and good shower (the last one we often find in poor condition throughout Mexico, not here!!), very well stylized appartment and finally the most enthousiastic hosts you can find. We loved it! Nothing more needed to make your stay at this island like a true paradise :)

“The place to be if you want to be from the hustle of downtown”

We booked 2 nights in the ocean front room. Nothing beats going to sleep and waking to crashing waves. The hotel is quiet. Very close but not too close to bars and restaurants. From the ferry it's about a 5min cab ride or 100-150 pesos, we ended up getting a golf cart for our stay. It's really in the perfect location to visit all parts of the island. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, firm bed with soft pillows, AC works great. Our room had a mini fridge and drip coffee machine. There are multiple boho themed sitting areas with a rooftop plunge pool where you get 360 ocean view. From the start of booking to end of stay Andrea (owner) provided impeccable service. He answers within 5mins on WhatsApp. He really takes the time in providing A+ customer service and recommendations that fit your vacation. If you're thinking of staying on isla consider staying with Andrea.

Andrea was the most helpful host we have ever experienced. He helped my partner and I with amazing suggestions and organised a few treats for a birthday celebration! This hotel was unique and had such a beautiful view of the beach. It was lovely hearing the sounds of the waves from our room! We also loved the rooftop pool and luckily had it to ourselves!! We will definitely be back :)

We stayed at Casa Alkimia for a portion of our honeymoon stay on Isla Mujeres.. I would highly recommend! Very clean, tidy, and exactly as described. It exceeded all expectations and was just wonderful! I miss waking up to the sound of the waves. Andrea so kindly helped us with accommodations at their second Airbnb on the island, which is in town, just a couple blocks away from Playa Norte. Also, fantastic!!!Muchísimas gracias!!

My husband and I stayed at Casa Alkimia Oceanfront for 2 days (then stayed at the other Alkimia House in town the other 2 days).The host Andrea greeted us outside and was very warm and welcoming. We were welcomed with 2 shots of tequila in our room! He showed us around and gave us wonderful tips and suggestions for our time in Isla Mujeres. The room was beautiful, simplistic with a breathtaking view of the Oceanfront. The cleaning staff was super nice and attentive. We we gave her our fresh caught Tuna fish and she was very grateful. Nothing like waking up to the sound of waves. The pool & view from the rooftop was amazing. There's also a nice sitting area in the front to enjoy. Overall, we had a great time. Highly recommended, 5 stars! Gracias por todo!

The view is amazing. I was able to watch the sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee and nothing but the sound of waves crashing. The place was quiet and relaxing.

What a great first experience in Isla Mujeres! Casa Alkimia was exactly what we were looking for! The best part was all the tips and recommendations he made, also very clean and great views! Andrea was super quick to responding which was much appreciated as we had never been before and had lots of questions. The location was perfect, centrally located made it very quick to get around the island on a golf cart, so fun! We will definitely be back thanks Andrea!

“Perfect place and great value”

Loved this little getaway stay! 5 min golf cart ride away from the main town area, but still can enjoy the peace and quiet of what the island offers. I loved waking up to the endless hues of blue from the Caribbean Sea, hearing the waves go by. It is relaxing! Stay here & Andrea will take care of you! He’s so sweet and he is on point with communication. And also enjoy the rooftop pool, watching the Cancun sunset go down, it is breathtaking!

It is the perfect place! It is right by the ocean, so you fall asleep with the sound of the waves and also wake up with the sound of the Waves :) It isn’t in the tourism center, but close enough to walk there. It is situated perfectly, so you get some privacy and get the real island feeling. The rooms are so clean, calm, cosy and beautifully decorated. Everything is done with detail & with love. The hosts (I was only in contact with Andrea) are sweethearts and will answer any question patiently and with great descriptions and insider tips about the island. I really felt a little bit like home & definitely can recommend this place to anyone :) Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful piece of Isla mujeres.

“Turtles in front of! 😍”

Incredible stay at this beautiful place. The view onto the ocean is spectacular, and we were lucky enough to see nesting sea turtles several times. Andrea is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond for his guests.
