Excellent location, quiet but right by the main beach. Lovely courtyard/garden with swimming pool. Overall the property is fairly basic but good value for money.

We had a great stay! The hotel has a perfect location in front of the most beautiful beach. The pool was also nice. The room was big enough, beds were good and the room was cleaned every day, which was super nice. Staff was friendly, but not too much. We would def recommend to stay here.

Just steps from the beach (and what a beach) and five minutes' walk from town, this hotel must have the best location on the island. The beach club (where you can eat, drink and rent sunbeds and umbrellas (450 pesos a day for two)) was one of the more pleasant and laid back among all those we encountered - a lovely place for breakfast. Isla Mujeres is not *quite* as peaceful as the guide books suggest - there are plenty of banging bars and drunk tourists on golf carts - but we found the hotel and Playa Norte to be very chilled. Would thoroughly recommend.

The location and the garden is extraordinary. The beach in front of it is heaven on earth, especially if you’re there in off season. It’s way less crowded. The room is fine, it’s not the newest and very basic but the location is definitely why you book this place.

I mistakenly booked the wrong date. Desk person quickly found my booking and changed it to what we wanted. No hassle.

Really bad hotel, checked out after one night because of the bad circumstances. Would've leaved same day but it was late when we arrived - Smelly room - Dirty bathroom, tabs, floor, closet, bed/cushion disgusting - No WIFI at all in rooms, only at reception - Really bad working airconditioning, old system which smelled and mase so much noise couldn't sleep

The position of the hotel right on to the North beach was simply amazing. The hotel was only a very short safe walk to the Main Street for bars and restaurants.
