Location across from Centro beach with a great terrace Use of beach chairs Friendly manager, who was very helpful Comfy bed with fresh and very clean sheets Good toiletries The whole place might not be 5 star but if your looking for rustic and a great price with great comfy bed great location close to everything you need it's a 10 out of 10 for me I can see past the need for a little TLC in places because it's island life and for the price I really liked our stay and added an extra night on They don't have a front desk but we had contact with the manager via whatsaap and he was so helpful Lovely little bars of honey soap too in bathrooms Sheets towels etc were all very clean Having the use of the beach chairs was fabulous Highly recommend this little gem

We really liked the location and the host of the property was lovely.We enjoyed having a balcony and the location of the room was excellent. We expected a better quality of room from the pictures and for the price. It was difficult to find as the owner did not have a sign saying Antillas over the door.It was not really a hotel.Owner needs to put a sign over the door.

“Not my kind of place but great location”

Great location right near the ferry terminal lots of shops and restaurants - and playa centro beach. And it was very quiet. Self checkin was simple and straightforward info arrived by email. Room was ok nicely decorated but see below. Had fridge kettle coffee percolator and toaster Lots of convenient electric sockets I quite liked the tree in the patio area especially when it lit up at night - it was quirky and original - but I couldn’t get the door to open to explore more. Nice looking pool in courtyard. I didn’t use it myself as the beach at Playa Nort is so wonderful

“Great value for money. Would stay again!”

Great location. Not far from port, beach and town. Being able to see water from the balcony was great. The room was well fitted out with lots of things you might need, clean and comfortable. The pool was a nice.

“Friendly home in paradise!”

Small guesthouse with a relaxed feel. Brilliant location right across from the beach for swimming in the beautiful sea but also really close to port and the bars and restaurants. Great little pool in a shady courtyard open all the time. The owner is offsite but very communicative and helpful, lots of kind touches and the room had a kitchenette area / fridge. The day-to-day reception is run by the friendly cat! Had a room at the back but use of the big rooftop area meant we could enjoy a seaview also.

“Did the job”

Near everything: short walk from ferry, restaurants, opposite beach (just over road) and a short walk along beach to Playa Norte. Large room and terrace for 3 of us for 2 days. Easy check-in and able to leave bags before room was ready and after check-out. Small kitchenette with frying pan, kettle, coffee pot and sink, and filtered water provided on landing.

“Exellente”

The location is fabulous. Beach is just across the street from accommodation. It was clean, hosts quick to answer. We could borrow chairs to beach, beach towels included. Just very comfortable. Wish we would have booked more then the 4 days we stayed.

The apartment was relatively clean. There was a cute house cat who was very friendly and enjoys the company of strangers.

Location is excellent! Room was spotless and daily cleaning offered. Great communication from the owners. Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc. Working AC and fridge in the room. Balcony with sunbeds. Swimming pool. All Perfect! Great stay.

“We had an excellent stay and everything we wanted!”

This stay was exactly what we were looking for. It is just a couple minutes walk from the ferry and close to all of the beaches and restaurants. It was clean, spacious, and as described, with everything in excellent condition. We had the pool to ourselves and made friends with Mochi, the sweet resident cat in the courtyard- it was our own little oasis! The pool is secluded and private, with walls blocking the wind, which was actually better than the rooftop pools at nearby options since the wind seems to always blow at least a bit. The plants were beautiful and it is clear someone here loves to propagate them. The attention to detail was so appreciated!

Great location just past the busy part of the road around the ferry but near enough to walk with luggage and right by the start of the beach, and close to Main Street of restaurants

Absolutely fantastic location, right on the seafront and minutes walk to main bar/restaurant area, room was very clean with a HUGE terrace! Very easy to communicate with the owner, I would certainly recommend and would come back to this property.

Perfect location overlooking the sea. The hotel is located on a busy and tourist street, but at the very end of it, so it is quiet and peace, and everything is within walking distance. A very large and spacious room with a balcony, which is a great convenience.

“10/10 would definitely rebook”

The location is 10/10, really central and across the road from the beach, and two minutes from the main bars/restaurants drag so not noisy at night. Spacious, comfortable, the roof terrace is fantastic, love that it has a quiet leafy courtyard with a pool, and also the resident cat is adorable!

“Good choice...for week days”

The property is perfectly located opposite playa Centro. It is easy to reach all the other beaches within a few minutes. It's super central. The apartment is well furnished with everything you may need. it has a lovely balcony and swimming pool

“Well located pleasant apartment”

Great location near playa norte. Our apartment was on the top floor with a large patio shared with one other apartment. It overlooked the street and the beach. Lots of nice touches in the apartment; a kitchen entrance area with coffee and coffee maker, fridge and cups (but no sink), nice towels including 2 beach towels, chairs and parasols for the beach available, well equipped bathroom with toiletries. Lovely small pool at the back which has sun in the morning but not the evening. Best of all the communication with staff was excellent and helpful.
