Loved our stay here! Amazing location and super friendly staff. Definitely recommend booking the boat tour via the hotel, this was one of the highlights of our trip!

“Avoid!!”
Trying to stay objective, the garden of the hotel is beautiful and well kept. But it gets quite hot during the day.

“Relaxing stay on the ocean.”
We liked the breakfast. Swimming off the dock was amazing. We did the snorkel tour twice, which was incredible and a great deal for 1.5 hrs of snorkelling at coral reefs. The staff was really friendly.

“Beautiful island getaway”
Gorgeous resort with own beach and jetty. Lovely air conditioned room that comfortably fitted our family of four. Very friendly and helpful staff despite our very limited Spanish. Great value for money.

the staff is very lazy, they don’t care about anything and they are not available at all, for any kind of request even the smallest (e.g. we asked to order a breakfast plate at 11.05, however they said no because the breakfast closed at 11.00). there is shortage of food (something they don’t tell you about it) and they don’t have any attention to dietary requirements. they say to don’t bring food but it’s much better to do so, since there is very little choice on the menu and any other snack. the hotel overall is not maintained, with very old forniture and the structure seems to be falling apart. There is not hot water.

“Lovely stay but no A/C”
The setting and location of the hotel on the Island is lovely, with warm turquoise waters and great views. The staff at the hotel are also very attentive and keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel also offers a good range of trips and activities that one would want to do whilst on the island like kayak hire, snorkelling excursion and an excursion to see the bioluminescent plankton. Breakfast was included in the price which was good. The food served from the restaurant / kitchen is good. They sent a link via WhatsApp beforehand to book a boat over to the island, which was invaluable.
