“Nice spot with lots of potention. But for now the experience doesn’t match the price”

The location and people are great. Very friendly!

Not an hotel, a beach club. No consideration for hotel guests. This "hotel" hosts one-day-tourists and these tourists have priority on all aspects on the hotel's guests: they have all the beds reserved for them (we have been kicked out of the beds by personnel), the hotel’s guests just have access to some sunbeds in full sun, the hotel's guests have to wait for one-day-tourists to have finished eating before themselves eat (we have been kicked out of the restaurant by the personnel). Never seen a service so mediocre and a such poor guest consideration. And with that, prices of a room may go up to 300 € for one night, a huge scam. Additionally, lot of noise from 6am and very loud music from 9am to 6pm for entertaining one-day-tourists, never calm. Cuts of electricity and water are very frequent. Do not go there.

“Won't go back...very disappointing.”

Some of the staff were beyond amazing, others were dreadful. The best were so attentive to guests, too bad the guy controlling the music doesn't think guests were sleeping when he blasted the music. And, they played music the staff liked, very vulgar and offensive music the guests didn't appreciate and told him to turn it off.

It’s a picturesque & relaxing place to be between the hours of 7 and 9AM in the morning.

We were the only (!) guests for 2 nights. The restaurant and bar close at 20:00 and the lights are also turned off. Therefore, unfortunately not recommended for 2 people or smaller groups. In addition, the staff does not speak English. But the worst came when we left: The hotel recommends a boat service that takes you to the island (at EUR 72.00 for 2 people!). However, this boat service "forgot" to pick us up, although the (unfortunately very poor English speaking) receptionist supposedly confirmed the boat the same morning. After we asked several times where the boat was and received the same answer (10 minutes, 10 minutes...) we insisted that the hotel staff call the agency they recommended. We would have had to spend another night in the hotel or the port "Baru", one and a half hours away from Cartagena, had we not organized ourselves a boat trip to Cartagena.

“Loud music all day long was unexpected and spoiled our stay”

We loved our beachfront cabin with front and back decks. The front was shaded and had a table and chairs. The back was very private with a cool water jacuzzi. The property had a variety of lounging options and a lovely, glass-enclosed dining area. It was only a 10-15 walk to Orika village where there are a few small stores and eateries. The staff were friendly and helpful, and kept the property clean and tidy.

Very friendly staff, especially the hotel manager, he makes almost everything possible! Lunch menu is very nice. Rooms are pretty, room view is excellent and location as well.

“Beautiful but noisy”

Amazing sea view from our cabin. Very spacious and bit more secluded so plenty of space to hang out and relax. Friendly staff.

“fantastic stay with brilliant staff”

the staff are incredible and the food is amazing. what pietro has done in the last 9 months is brilliant and the resort is constantly improving - e.g. I know they are planning on improving the swim area. location is near town and you can walk to other resorts on the island as well. the activities on offer are great, and worth doing through the hotel with local operators

We had a really great time and everything was really good. Staff and location are amazing. unfortunately no beach and only rocks

“Perfect Choice”

We were made to feel very welcome the moment we arrived until we left. Lovely quiet location. Breakfast was a real treat with a wide selection. Excellent. We shall return!

The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me arrange transportation to the island. Facilities are clean and food was delicious

The location is amazing! We were so lucky to be almost alone (total of 6 guests). The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The sunset view is beautiful and the hotel offers some interesting boat trips. Food is also good, especially at lunch.

“Amazing resting days in the paradise”

The location and the cabins are amazing. We really recommend this place. I had read in previous reviews that there were pasadias. We came in October and it was super calm. We really recommend the activities offered with the local Felipe: swimming with bioluminescence plancton and snorkel at least.

Very beautiful place! we enjoyed the time there a lot. The room was beautiful and it smelled so nice. Staffmembers (reception and waiter/waitresses) were super friendly and nice. The sourrounding is absoloutly one of the most beautiful we saw on the island. infrastructure is top. They also have a shower that you can use when you come out of the water. The chill areas are very confortable and with its colours very harmonyfull. We really liked the pier where you can jump in as well and enjoy the sunset. Restaurant is very good! delishous food. Just a bit more expensive.

“Party Hotel with loud music all day Long”

the staff (except the Manager) was very friendly. The rooms have a nice view and the Dinner was very good. There is not really a Beach but the Location is still pretty nice!
