“Absolutely loved our stay!”

We nearly didn’t book as were put off by some of the reviews about power outages, dinner options and the beach but so glad we ended up going. The hotel is fabulous. You arrive in the morning on the chartered hotel boat and can enjoy the beach until check in time. There are lots of day trippers on the boat as well but there’s plenty of loungers available. No issues with aircon/power/hot water like some reviews imply. Lots of menu options for dinner from seafood to western staples. We had fish both nights and it was fresh and delicious! Breakfast was fabulous- warm croissants, fruit, yoghurts, eggs cooked to your liking, fresh juices etc etc. After check out the boat leaves back to Cartagena around 14.30 pm.

“Good central location.”

It was good to have a pool, although small in the city centre. Water in the room and small sweets at night.

All the staff is very attentive and friendly. The common areas are beautiful. We appreciated the effort the hotel does to keep their part of the island clean, which unfortunately the natives don’t seem to have the awareness of the proper disposal of rubbish.

“Quiet Relaxing Stay”

The accommodation is located in a protected natural area, offering peace, quiet, and the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and unwinding. The room was clean and well-equipped. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from for lunch and dinner. The staff were kind and courteous. I was completely satisfied and would warmly recommend this place.

Very friendly staff, good spa

The resort is quiet and very suitable for a peaceful vacation. The food in the restaurant was delicious and well presented. The reception staff was helpful as well.

Location, staff, facilities all superb

Location is spectacular, villas are comfortable and nicely decorated, has 2 little beaches equipped with sun beds and mattresses eqch with a neqeby litle bar.. Spa offers a nice selection of treatments

Lovely decor and gardens, magic spot, nicely appointed rooms, a real luxury feel, expensive but worth it. I also had an awesome massage in the spa.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and nicely designed. The restaurant serves quality food and the staff is very friendly. On the island we did snorkelling, kayak through the mangroves and swam with plancton. All were amazing.

The Staff was great, always with a smile and full of anticipation. The beaches were kept clean. My room was comfortable.

“Over all a great stay and lovely experience”

We travelled with our 3 year old and 6 year old kids, and absolutely loved (almost) everything about the hotel and its surroundings. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing. The two beaches are very beautiful and clean. There are small stones and corals in the bottom of the ocean. So for those who are sensitive to this, I recommend bringing swimming shoes. We choose to spend most time at the beach without music. The beach with music stops playing at 3pm. So the evenings are peaceful. Both beaches have a bar and personnel serving drinks. The hotel offers massage and I definitely recommend trying at least one treatment. The massage therapist has really good techniques. We tried snorkeling and going to the aquarium close by. Everything is easy to arrange with onsite staff. One thing we liked was that the personnel is really friendly and makes you feel taken care of. They circulate the surroundings and when interacting they are always friendly and check in on you.

“Beautiful beach hotel”

Really beautiful hotel at the beach. Loved the views and the food. The staff were all really nice. The beaches are small but there's plenty of day beds, and the day visitors are only around for a few hours. We enjoyed hearing about the conservation efforts going on, hopefully they're successful!

Amazing staff, including the guide of the manglar tour. The location is magic, with lovely sights from the beach. They kindly offer the transport to the Oceanario.
