“Pretty little resort”

A very pretty little resort, with truly friendly staff. It's quiet, perfect for enjoying the beautiful views of the water. Breakfast was very good, with fresh juice and well made hot items. Gabriel the bartender is great.

“Disappointing—especially given how beautiful the natural surroundings”

I really liked the saltwater pool—which is actually a pier with direct access to the sea—and how easy it was to reach from the hotel, as it had its own designated area with umbrellas. Me gustó mucho la piscina de agua salada, que en realidad es un muelle con acceso directo al mar, y lo fácil que era acceder desde el hotel, ya que contaba con su propia zona de sombrillas.

Beautiful & Peaceful. Beautiful walking trails to Orika. Private dock access to Laguna Encantada ( and absolute must for a night swim )

“Relaxing getaway with a nice pool and tasty food.”

The property was super relaxing and the food and drinks were very tasty. The staff especially Fabio were friendly.

The island had a decent pool with access to the bar. We saw how the pool was cleaned daily (however the side walls of the pool looked like it has never been cleaned properly). Access to the bar from the pool was a highlight, however even though the workers were very friendly and with the best attitude you could tell management has not invested money in keeping the place appealing with the years. Barman had a fan on the middle of the ceiling that fully rusted (but working) and he did not have a fridge big enough to keep soft drinks/ liquor cold, which make the service slower by asking someone to run back and down to get the whole ingredients to make cocktails. The rooms were super comfortable with AC and decent enough mattress and sheets. I had great night sleep, shower was also well maintained and cleaned. The cashier was amazingly clear and friendly, answered every doubt and helped us much as she could.

“Adequate. Don’t expect miracles”

After reading a lot of mixed reviews, I was unsure whether to stay here or not. If you are expecting 5* services from a 3* hotel, then of course you will be disappointed. There are many positives and negatives to this hotel. If you are using this hotel as purely a place to sleep and want to explore the island, then this is a perfect hotel to stay in. The rooms are basic but have what you need, the beds are also soft and comfortable. The water in the shower is cold but not freezing, totally bareable. Aircon was also good. The location is excellent - easy to explore everywhere (we walked around the whole island), safe even at night time (torches required as it’s not lit up outside), the swimming pool is big, there is a large area with sunbeds around the pool but also by the sea which is lovely, great for swimming, beautiful grounds on the hotel, restaurants and shops within walking distance also. Staff are nice - special shout out to Danny the barman and one of the activity guys (can’t remember his name, sorry!) who were attentive and kindly checked by up on us after finding out we were ill for a day. The breakfast is basic as people have mentioned, but it was also what I expected from a 3* hotel. We only ate dinner here twice but prices of food and drink are not much more expensive than outside of the hotel. The welcome drink on arrival was also a nice touch.

Good hotel, recepcionist Fabio was a great help. The Pool Bar also works very well there.

Everything about the property was absolutely amazing. It was amazing value for money and the resort is great. David was outstanding and made such an effort for my girlfriend’s birthday.He and the rest of the team made it really special.

Island is beautiful and staff very attentive. Good facilities and very clean.

The staff is one of the best I’ve met! A speacial thanks to David (chef of service) and Fabio (reception). You really made my days better. It is wonderful to be able to drink fresh coconut water all the time. Also good is the fact that the rooms are well isolated from mosquitos. (Windows and doors close well), so if you are paranoid like me, here you won’t have a problem. The rooms are also spacious, which is good.

Location is beautiful and snorkelling was super. But other staff could be more customer oriented.
