“Great place in Isla fuerte”

My stay at the Playita was nothing short of amazing. Staff is super friendly, location is perfect and everything was on point. Imo it’s a bit pricey, but I guess that’s what happens when you are staying on an island. Only negative thing was the wifi, it kept connecting and disconnecting, but I am sure that was a temporary problem. Thanks for all, would definitely stay again

In general, it is a good accommodation for those who want to go to Isla Fuerte, eat delicious food, party and enjoy the island. Ana was super friendly throughout our stay. If you are looking for rest and tranquility, it is not the ideal place for you, but if you are looking for an authentic place full of energy and much more youthful, and pure partying, stay here. There is a party almost every night. I recommend taking transportation with them directly, which although it may cost a little more, it is worth it because they are very organized with everything. I found the food to be of good price and excellent taste. I recommend the fish burger, coconut lemonade and red snapper. Perhaps they would need to build a swimming pool or a freshwater area to cool off. It does not have a beach and although it has an area to swim in the sea, we did not go in because it was quite deep and close to the rocks. But many people came in and bathed without any problem. The experience with the staff was one of contrasts, excellent service from many of the boys and girls who serve you with love. But in the meantime, several local people treated us quite badly and even made us feel bad and that part perhaps discouraged us a little, especially the local island staff, it seems like they don't want to work there and it seems like you have to beg them for everything and they look at you really ugly. If you only ask or say something to them once, the truth is that there is a lot of work to be done with the community so that they understand the importance of good service if they want the island to progress. I understand that it may be a cultural issue, but in reality it is They would have to review it thoroughly because it was disappointing that the only ones who were friendly were the non-local volunteers. It was a good experience in general and it shows that it is a growing accommodation.

- Staff : nice and try to help as they can. - The view from the common areas is very nice. - We had a room with a double bed + 2 single beds, comfortable enough, then we had a room with a double bed but no bathroom/toilet (quite small room and not great not to have our own bathroom but it was the only one available) - Food : considering it is an island, the food and beverages (cocktails) are very good. - Diving centre : recommend it although they could be better for organizational matters, especially being on time to go out diving - Overall nice atmosphere , more of a party place than a quiet place to rest. - Special thanks to the females at the front desk. - Pet friendly ! - The hotel coordinated the boat to go to the main land.
