Staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was fantastic. We had an ocean facing top floor apartment that was just lovely. Super comfy bed and pillows. Would stay here again.

The staff is amazing, the entertainment team, Agu, what a nice guy,, the personnel at the restaurant they were all tireless to give us the best experience possible.

Wonderful!!!!!! The polite and helpful staff. The super comfortable beds. The food was excellent in the restaurant including wine !! The evening entertainment was brilliant and fun. Alcohol drinks well priced

The location was very good and the property was kept in good order. The room was a nice size plus a balcony and had a very nice view of the pool area with sea in the background.

The bed was very large and comfortable. The room was also spacious. We liked that it was a short walk to the beach and you could walk for miles in either direction. We hired a car for a few days to explore the surrounding area. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful (apart from one female member of staff on reception who was slightly standoffish, verging on rude).

Food! Great Breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Great and friendly employees. Pool is great.

“Amazing immersive experience!”

This is not an Hotel, this is a full experience, immersive, for you and your family, doesnt matter if you're a couple, or a family, if the kids are 2, 3, 6, 9, 12, 13, or 17 years, they have a full programme for you every day, and a different one, every day, the last night in crazy party, was awesome, being able to be in the pool until midnight with music and fun activities in the pool. The apartment were cleaned every day, pointless, very confy beds, very spacious apartment, even for 5 persons, and the kitchnet is perfect for small meals. I advice at least half-board, the restaurant is thematic, and changes every day, like: portuguese day, italian day, mexican day, you know... Its allways happening something, it was amazing !!!! This is only possible because of the team, they are awesome, full of energy, and allways available.

We like the idea of all Inclusive. The entertainment program in the evening was nice. We lacked a bit more activities for 10 year old.

Food wasn't that good but had some variety. Bed was spacious but matress too hot. Receptionists were nice. Nice big TVs.

Not suitable for English speaking guests. No activities were in English, all in Spanish (& some French)and staff can't speak English. The view was beautiful, the pool was nice. The breakfast was nice but I wouldn't go for the dinner.

More variety on the buffet . It would be good to have more types of bread, fresh fruit at breakfast and more variety of fish and fresh fruit at lunch
