You basically get a whole apartment in a very nice and quiet area and the owner even supplied some drinks and snacks. Amazing value for money. Just make sure you have a rental car to make it a lot easier to get around.

“Excellent”
I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Ishigaki. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home thanks to the kindness and hospitality of the host. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. The location is excellent — a quiet place with parking, which was very convenient for me since I had rented a car. It’s also close to many points of interest and has easy access to restaurants and beaches. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere that made me feel truly special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ishigaki and I hope to return in the future. Thank you for making my trip an unforgettable experience!

Right out of Ishigaki city (5 minutes by car). Spacious apartment with all amenities provided (water, cleaning stuff, food etc). Nice terrace upstairs for stargazing. Definitely Need a rental car to stay here and visit the Island.

“Absolutely overprice!”
Sea view, wide and convenient room. It’s great for single and family. The location is bit far from the downtown, and I rented an electric bike called Go Share. The owner is really kind and he prepare everything you need for daily life without yourself. If you lost the way to the house, and find the sign of IshigakiYouth House, and turn the corner, up the slop(hill), see the first left house. That’s the place.

“tranquil retrea”
Enjoy the top of a hill looking over beautiful sea, owner’s quick and polite response and kind of Built-in kitchen. Need a car or a motorcycle woukd be convenient.

“an amazing, relaxing and comfortable stay with a world class host”
a really beautiful place to stay, the view is amazing and you can go up onto the rooftop too. the host is exceptional, i was able to enjoy tea, rice, edamame and condiments in the apartment. he provides a lot of different snack foods and beverages for his guests to enjoy. there are also great amenities. the host also gave me a ride to a café and another ride after i had checked out, to the next place i was staying at. he really went above and beyond! the apartment itself has everything you need to have a relaxing stay and to take care of yourself. it's easy to cook and clean and you can chill and watch netflix on a great tv. a very comfortable place to stay. i will definitely return!
