“Good base to explore the island”
Great facilities, smoothies in the morning, possibility to taste local drinks in the evening, helpful staff, possibility to store bags before and after check in, good location close to the bus stop as well as to the ferry terminal

“Generally ok, but extremely basic room decor may not feel ok for everyone.”
Reasonably comfy, overall good price/value ratio, located close to the port and the airport buses (should be less than 0.5 km), which was quite important. The surrounding area is quiet and residential, although the property is located a bit on the "wrong side" from a major street, the opposite side of which hosts a the most of shops and restaurants - but these are still within an easily walk-able distance though. Friendly and welcoming staff. The room acceptably comfy, although a bit on the small side even for Japanese standards (during the trip stayed in 5 different hotels, with all of them very similarly priced) - this one probably had the least amount of usable space.

“Fine for a few days”
The hotel is a 5 - 10 minute walk from the port, and a good selection of shos, restaurants and bars. The sister hotel, the Marche, is a little closer to the action. But the street is very quiet and our room was well-soundproofed. We stayed in the Condominium building, which was clean but rather dated. Our room was spacious, for Japan, and our bed was comfortable. The climate control and wifi were excellent. There was some storage for clothing. The in-room washing machine was useful and there are communal dryers on the ground floor, also useful. We liked very much the daily, complementary fruit smoothies.

Location, good amount of parking. Rooms were spacious and having an in room laundry and kitchenette was welcomed. Breakfast had a good variety.
