The staff were very nice and happy to help with anything. Room was clean and big enough for two people + luggage.

“Amazing Hotel”

I liked everything about the hotel. The location was amazing, great value for money. Great breakfast. The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious. The rooftop Terrence was a nice touch. The staff were amazing so friendly, kind and helpful. I had a great time. When I go back to Ishigaki I will definitely stay here. Recommend it for all groups, family, solo travelers.

The location was brilliant. It was close to the bus terminal, main restaurant area and ferry terminal. The breakfast was delicious.

Canadian tourist here...we were there for 5 days In January 2026, We were traveling as a family with a 13 year old so we had two adjacent rooms since one room wouldn't sleep 3. What we loved was the location. We appreciated being very central to great restaurants, the bus and ferry terminal and general action in the area. Recommendation: get a bus pass (cash only.as you board the bus) for one day 1000y or 5 day 2000y and take it all over he island. We used it to go up to kabira bay and then the blue cave. Get it when you board at the airport on bus 4 since it is about 550y to get to the hotel. The room was pretty basic with a micro-tub and small bathroom. The room was quiet, dark, and the air-con was great so we had great sleeps with it super cold. The hotel amenities were nice, there is a nice rooftop patio, and a gathering area with tables used for breakfast and we would play cards and hang out in the afternoon. The staff are all very nice We also appreciated the laundry room, it was 330yen for a wash and 100 yen for 30 minutes of drying, they provide the soap.

The location was great, close to so many great restaurants, and the parking convenient. The room was a good size too and ample space to keep your luggage. The amenities provided by the hotel were great.

Superb location for people who don’t have a car. It’s close to the pier, restaurants, shops and bus stops. The free sake bar is awesome ! They provide reusable water bottles in the room, which is very environmental friendly. The staff are very friendly, as always in Japan.

“Perfect wee hotel for active tourists that want to explore”

The location is superb. Island hopping made incredibly easy - Taketomi Island is about 15mins away by ferry (the village and beach there are stupendous) and Iriomote is about an hour away. The bus terminal - we could see it from our window and the 5-day pass at 5000 yen was such a bargain. Especially as the No 4 airport bus is included. Shabara in the bar pouring the sake between 5pm and 9pm was lovely. The breakfast was good.

Amazing location close to the ferry port and many restaurants / conbini. Huge rooms incl. large couch, coffee table, fridge, desk, TV. Lovely rooftop terrace, but a bit hot as no shade. Very affordable laundry facilities. Parking lot close by for an extra fee if you have a hire car to explore the island.
