“Convenient and comfortable for a short week stay”
Good size for 2 people to live for a few days. Very clean and convenient. Minimum but enough amenities available. Convenient store and other stores close by (within 10-20min walk).

Loved the quiet location, proximity to bus stop, amenities especially washing machine & dryer, bathtub. Staff so friendly & helpful. Recommend Ones car rental (just down the road) to hire car, amazing service.

Great location, short walk to bus stop & restaurants. Free parking as We also walked to Ones Car Rental & hired a car, highly recommend the staff are so friendly & helpful with our itinerary ! Bath & washing machine / dryer useful after a days exploring. Lots of amenities downstairs even washing powder. Codes entry so no worries to lose a key!

Apartment very modern and convenient. 15 minutes away from the nearest beach on foot, 15 minutes to city center by bus. Also fast by bus to the airport. Amazing sea view from the balcony. Very convenient code system for opening doors

“Wonderful stay in Ishigaki”
Loved my stay here. The facility is located on a residential side street and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The main road where the bus stops are is within walking distance, although I recommend renting a car if staying here as it makes sightseeing much easier and enjoyable. There is free private parking on site subject to availability, there were always plenty of spots during my stay. Donki and other shops are located close by on the main road. A bit further down the main road, there are plenty of supermarkets and other stores. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including laundry detergent. Everything was working properly, including the wifi. Additional amenties can be found on th ground floor such as bath robes, rubbish bags, shower caps, etc. This place has everything you need for your stay. I felt truly at home and enjoyed my time in Ishigaki.

“Amazing stay”
Everything was great! Everything is clean and nice. The room was quiet. Free laundry detergent and you can refill a lot of things at the entrance.
