“Amazing place to stay - highly recommended”

Our stay was simply amazing. Abe and his wife were so nice and helpful. They answered all questions we had very quickly and helped with things like making restaurant reservations and booking tours (we did a superb night kayak tour). The location was very nice and quiet, with a more or less private beach (we only once saw anyone else there in a week's time) right at your feet. You can see a ton of stars and even the galaxy on the beach at night. A great place to relax, spend some time on the beach and go out on trips across the island. Highly recommended!

We booked the room in japanese style. It was a perfect stay, the room is big, clean and has everything you need. There is access to a beach next to the garden. The room has a terasse and access to the garden. The owners have been soo nice, helped us with all our questions and gave us a lot of information about the island and its wildlife. Its also possible to rent snorkeling equipment.

“An amazing guest house close to nature”

The location of the guest house is amazing! It is very close to the beach, which we had for ourselves. The nature surrounding the guest house is beautiful. Abe and his wife are exceptionally friendly and helpful. On arrival, Abe picked us up at the bus station and they helped us rent a car. As the guest house is situated in a less populated spot of the island, having a rental car is very helpful. There are busses available but they only drive a few times a day. The breakfast was delicious. It varied between japanese and western style. We hope to come back one day!

They helped us find a rental car before we came. It's much appreciated! There is a nice trampoline in the yard =) A nice Japanese bathtub. Clean, there is a little kitchen, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Parking was next to the apartment, 2 minutes to the beach.

“Spectactular”

Breakfast was good, nothing to complain about. The room and the location was absolutley fantastic. You got the ocean right at your doorstep. You can go out snorkeling directly and see lots of fishes. Its a big beach and not many people there. Wish for me is a great thing, loved it. The hosts are lovely and super friendly and helpful with anything you need. For example they helped us book a popular resturant on very short notice. The room is big and clean. Got the basic stuff that you need, washing machine, cooking set etc

“Best place in Ishigaki”

This place is awesome. We stayed there shortly before Christmas and even though we where the only guests and the weather wasn’t the best that time it was just perfect. The breakfast is amazing and the beach is right next to the house. The rooms are super clean and have everything you need. The location is also very good to explore the whole of the island. I highly recommend getting a car but that is for everywhere in ishigaki.

The couple are super friendly and helpful! They gave me the most memorable moment of the entire trip! I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this place!

It is paradise. The kids loved the trampoline and lawn. I loved the beach and serenity. The owners took great care of us. We found Nemo just offshore. Plus there are so many other fish to see and there is nobody else on the beach. I cooked using local jams, sauces, fruit and veg, tuna and beef. There are great smoothies, juices and restaurants nearby. The stars were spectacular. I brought my bike and road all over the island. The mangrove and firefly tours were unforgettable. The 250 yen happy hour Orion beers were perfect. The beds were comfy and the room spacious. Way better than staying in the city. Can't wait to come again.
