Staff were very friendly and helpful Great facilities like the spa, the massage treatments, and enough washing machines and dryers. The first floor was very nice We had a nice spacious room, a little bit outdated, but was good. We didn’t like Ishigaki at all, and were glad that the hotel was good.

Fantastic hotel which exceeded our expectations. Lovely rooms, Onsen and outdoor pool. We were a family of 5 with 2 interconnecting rooms and felt very comfortable and looked after by the staff while there for 3 nights. It’s a 10/15min walk into the centre to bars/restaurants and cafes. We hired a car for a day to explore the island but the bus from the hotel or port worked well on the other 2 days. Recommend a day trip to Taketomi island and cycle around, a few hours at the stalactite caves (only 10mins drive from hotel) and Yonehara beach, great snorkelling!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the view from the high floors were beautiful. I loved that the windows could be open slightly to let some air in. I also liked the eco system, and enjoyed using the vouchers in the hotel. The bar on the 13th floor was amazing! It was also nice to have the onsen, and I was lucky that it was very quiet when I visited. The shuttle to the beach was also a nice option.

Lovely sized room. Excellent location for walking around Ishigaki and easy parking for the rental car. Bonus to have a cafe onsite. Enjoyed the restaurant the the performance. I would stay there again.

Extremely reasonably priced for a clean room, excellent facilities (restaurants, cafe, bar), and free live music every night. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre.

Great to be able to enjoy the big pool and Hot Bath inside. Enjoyed as well that the breakfast was really big. Airport Bus directly before the hotel, but it doesn't drive often. Just call a taxy, it's also quite cheap. About 3000Yen. Great tours to participate in. I recommend the Kayak Tour in the Mangrooves.

Location, facilities, staff friendly and English speaking, quite iconic looking so easy to navigate back to as walking around. Great laundry room and ice machine. Bar and restaurant on top floor was decent. Housekeeping good.

Nice pool and public bath onsite, free shuttle bus to Fusaki beach, good breakfast buffet, although repetitive each day, comfortable beds, washing machines and driers for self use for small fee.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the massages at the relaxation spa, and we made good use of the on-site pool. The hotel lounge clothes were a nice addition. The room, overall, was pretty clean. The buffet dinner was okay, but definitely not a good value; because the breakfast is included in the rate, it was very busy, and we skipped it after the first day because it wasn't great. The on-site yakiniku was fine, but not a great value either.
