I booked 3 double rooms and 2 singles 6 adults turned up at 6.30 pm we received 3 double rooms , all good 2 adults turned up at 8.00 pm (mother and son) they were given a double room with two singles beds I paid for 5 rooms and given 4 , I complained and was told to go back to booking .com

The location to Iserlohn town center is a great 2 minutes walk to bars, shops, and restaurants and it has it's own car parking garage at a small cost. The staff speak English and are so nice and obliging. The restaurant meals are superb and not expensive. I would certainly stay there again next time I'm in Germany.

Located in the middle of the town with its dedicated pedestrian zone, great selection of shops and eatery's. Included breakfast was superb and the staff extremely helpful. Lots to see, visit and do in the area.

Great breakfast, in the city centre. Friendly and helpful team, couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable.
