This is a really delightful apartment, super well located with a wonderful view of the lake. It's clean, spacious, bright and modern, with excellent facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our five day stay. Our host was incredibly helpful in every way.

The property location and direct view onto the lake are incredible. Very friendly and helpful host with excellent communication. The property is well furnished and had everything we needed for our week in Iseo. The welcome pack was so much appreciated - thank you. We started everyday with cappuccini at a local cafe, then spent the majority of the day walking, hiking, cycling (we hired bikes and a guide from nearby Muvia) and exploring the whole of the lake Iseo area. It's so beautiful! The property is close enough to walk to the Torbiere del Sebino Nature Reserve, which we loved. The ferry goes straight to Monte Isola where we walked to the top for the 360 degree panoramic views of the lake. Phenomenal! We cycled through the whole Franciacorta wine region, on another day rode the local climbs and for a third day (of cycling) we completed the 65km lake circuit. For the most perfect alpine views, we took the train north to hike back the 24km Antica Strada Valeriana. Just. Amazing.

The location was amazing. Our host went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Roberta had everything you could need for a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials e.g oil and other condiments. She left us a welcome pack which was so kind and welcomed after a long day travelling. Pasta with sauce, wine jams, juice, tea and coffee. Not many accommodations go to that level of detail. Beds were comfortable. Her communication was timely and advice about what to do and where to eat in the area was excellent.

The location was perfect, the views superb and the apartment was super comfortable and well appointed. Our host Roberta left a meal of pasta with a bottle of wine which was most appreciated when we arrived! She also allowed us to stay longer in the apartment on our departure date and as we had a late flight it was so much appreciated. Highly recommend this beautifully located apartment.

A gorgeous apartment right in the centre of Iseo with a stunning view of the lake. Roberta was an excellent host who was extremely communicative both in advance and during our stay. The extra touches in the apartment like a bottle of prosecco, spaghetti, tomato sauce, jam, milk & juice in the fridge.

Everything! The cleanliness, the facilities of the apartment, the exceptional views form the windows, the heavenly location, but above all, the incredible host who goes out of her way, even before arriving, to make sure that everything is in order. She makes sure to supply you with loads of information as well as some goodies to eat and drink once you arrive! The apartment is just 30 seconds away from the pier to catch the ferry to the Isola or other coastal villages. It is also just 5 minutes away from the train station. This place is simply awesome!!
