“totally disappointing”

I do not submit such reviews, but the arrogance of the owner/manager, who still seems unable to understand simple written communication, leaves me with no other choice. My review is honest, but apparently this is a place where only 5-star ratings are acceptable, right? The additional attempts to persuade me to change my rating after the fact are simply pathetic. It is disappointing that you were not able to respond properly to messages and requests during the stay. I have travelled hundreds of times around the world. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue with borrowing an iron or a hairdryer. Everyone knows what shirts look like after an airplane journey. At the reception, I was told to buy my own iron from a local shop (starting at around €80, as there were no alternatives in such a small town). Only after two days was I “kindly” offered a hairdryer for a deposit (I had no problem with paying the deposit, but no one had proposed a hair-dryer rental at the check-in at all). Before that, there was no response to my request at all. As a result, either my shirt did not dry properly or my hair was still wet when I left for a morning meeting. I eventually fell ill and ended up on a 14-day course of antibiotics. We also had to completely change the second part of our stay in Italy. On every review site, the accommodation has a lower rating. I’m not surprised. Some people need to hit rock bottom before they realize their mistakes.

Beautiful campsite with everything you need, right on the lake with a little beach on site. There is also a good clay tennis court with an amazing view. Good restaurant. We absolutely loved everything!

A nice, well-maintained, and clean campsite. There was one issue with the sewer system, but it was resolved immediately. The mobile homes are well-equipped, and the welcome pack was very helpful. The area is fenced, with a barrier and wristbands required for entry. It's safe. The beach is large and shaded by trees.

Best „Glamping” we had so far. Sooo beautiful place and kids friendly. We are already planning to come back. Geckos 🦎( nothing to be afraid) and Bunnies 🐰 was all the time around- super cool 😎

Camping del Sole is amazing. Fantastic location on the lake, well maintained grounds, lots of facilities to entertain the kids- playground, football, basketball, tennis, cycling, lovely pool. The shower blocks have been recently renovated to a very high standard. Plenty of accommodation options. We stayed in one of the mobile homes. It was small but had everything we needed and was spotless. Will definitely be back.

Great little resort with loads of amenities to suit all ages. Great location next to the Lake and a 10-15 minute walk into Iseo town. Fantastic shop selling literally anything on site!

“Something for everyone”

Although the chalet was only small it had everything you needed. There was even sun loungers and a barbecue outside. The campsite is great lots of facilities and on the shores of the lake. Not far to go into the town and there are supermarkets a 10 minute walk away. The site is very clean and kept very tidy. We had a late flight and they allowed us to keep the chalet until we left at no extra cost.

Great site, we stayed in one of the glamping tents, which was very good. The toilet/shower block was very clean and well maintained. The staff at reception were so helpful, nothing seems to be any trouble for them. The beach bar was also great, good food and a decent amount of choice and again the staff were helpful. The site has amazing facilities. Unfortunately, due to being very early in the season, the pools were not open for use. The views of the lake are amazing.

Facilities good, varied types of accommodation ( we had a rustic 2 bedroom plus loft bedroom apartment), lovely staff, lovely pool, location to the lake and close to where the football tournament we were attending was located
