The stay was generally pleasant. The apartment is well located near the train station and hiking trails, and it was warm enough, which was appreciated. However, the advertised lake view is partially blocked by a parking area, which may be important to note for some guests.

The apartment is well set up, clean and the air con was great. Kitchen was well equipped.

Great apartment only 5 minutes from the beach in a cute little town. What’s amazing is that it’s always cool inside (probably because it’s an old building), even though it had nearly 30 degrees during our stay. The owner, Matteo, was an amazing host. He answered all of our questions and had the best tips for the area. It was great that you could always reach him on WhatsApp (before and during the stay).

Matteo is a great host and kept in touch it’s at all times when we asked for guidance. There was a very explained video to show us how to find and get inside the cottage. We would definitely come back to this beautiful part of the world. Thank you Matteo.

very nice contact of the accomodation, unsophisticated. good situation near to the lake and also infrastructure ("highway" and train). The facility is simple, functional and in proper style (what i liked the most).

Absolutely cute appartment on the ground floor with everything you need for a pleasant short stay. Easy access, small grocery accross the street, lake shore with a plesant spot to rest a very short walk away. Good location to explore the rest of the area, short drive to restaurants, ferry to the island, etc. The host super friendly and supportive.

Gréât welcome, clear check instructions, very helpful host. We’ll equipped kitchen( no kettle but used a pan on the stove instead) . Free use of bikes was an added bonus. We cycled easily to Iseo.

Tastefully furnished and very clean rooms. Good communication with the owner. Less than 5 minutes from the train station.

We were a group of 40 people visiting Iseo. 2 of them stayed in this property. They were shocked over the treatment of the owner. Everything was prepaid of the leader of the group,(420euro for 3 nights). They did not meet the owner at all, but since they were 2 persons he wanted extra money! The last day he sent they mails were he threatening them with police if they didn’t pay the extra he meant they owned him.(90 euro). They told him to call the leader of group. The whole story was unbelievable.
