The hotel is charming. The food at dinner was good and catered for vegetarians. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with despite our very limited German. The location is amazing and beautiful.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, in a quiet and charming village just a few minutes away from Lake Lucerne. There is also an amazing viewpoint from above overlooking the lake, which was absolutely stunning. The room they gave me was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my stay. I really liked the room design — it was very stylish and beautiful. The bathroom was a little small, but it was clean and fully sufficient. The breakfast was simple, but good enough. There is a winding road leading to the village and the hotel alongside Lake Lucerne, but it was not a big issue. Roads like this are common in small countryside villages. I also really appreciated the staff’s kindness and hospitality. They were very friendly with me, and they even gave me a small gift when I checked out. Thank you so much 😍

“A pearl that is earned after a winding and singular access road as desired.”
A quiet and hidden place that proves to be a pearl for a stay. The staff and the owner are exceptional in kindness and useability. The food of very beautiful workmanship and cooked with love of the good. The cordon bleu is a killing!

“Lovely place run by lovely people”
This was a picture postcard location albeit you need a real head for heights on the drive up to the village. . The hosts were fantastic and the food and drink were good and the restaurant was busy with locals. Lovely breakfast and a real homely feel in what looks like a fab little village. Village shop next door. Definitely stay again

“Hidden Swiss gem”
The location took our breath away, the road up is very tight but if you check the bus schedules you can easily go behind the bus. The views on road are an attraction itself. The hotel location will give you authentic Swiss experience. The host was very friendly.

Spontaneously found when estimating the overnight stop to get to our other destination. A bit exciting way up to get there, but we take it as an adventure. We were welcomed with care, and room is simple but very clean. Amazing views from the room and hotel facilities. Family business, everything is done and cared with love. One of the best Cordon bleu we ever tried in life

A nice hotel in a beautiful location. Very delicious food (we got both dinner and breakfast). This was the first stop of our cycling tour (not so easy to reach the village by a regular bike!), and we've got everything we expected - clean and quiet room with a fantastic view, a safe place to park our bikes, hot food, and attentive staff. Thank you!
