Fantastic breakfast. Great onsen with quality products. Good facilities overall. Cherry blossoms in the garden and surrounding the hotel also were very pretty extra bonus. Good views everywhere even from the glass elevator! Well kept property and nice presentation. Rooms are large and foyer and cafe lounge are huge. Luxurious feel without being over the top. Good prices.

Great view, having shuttle bus from the train station was a life saver, the staff were very polite and professional. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were great.

“Magnificent views”

The view of the Ise Bay from the hotel is unparalleled. Probably one of the best views of all hotels I've ever stayed at. The employees are helpful. Great big onsen with a sauna. Glass elevators operated smoothly. There was always a fresh flower in the room. There is a free shuttle service to and from Toba Station.

“Great place to stay and eat close to Toba and Ise Jingu shrine”

The room was large with a super view over the bay. The beds (Japanese style) very comfortable and the staff are all very friendly. if you don‘t speak or understand Japanese use an app, but every one tries. Food was excellent. Breakfast and dinner in Japanese style. If you don’t like fish and seafood then mention this in advance. Shuttle to and from Toba station was very, very welcome. Public bath large, hot and clean

the room is spacious and have nice new overlooking the ocean. Amenities are great with coffee beans and grounding machine, teapot and cups for tea, Onsen is good. Breakfast is Japanese style but with good selection and quality. Coffee area at lobby with selections of sweet stuff.

The hotel staff was really friendly and we have always been assigned waiters who spoke English well, who did a fantastic job in making our dinner and breakfast experience memorable by explaining what we were eating and making some conversation. They also came up with a written translation of the breakfast menu, which I believe was done just for us. Food, especially the dinner, was above our expectations and matching the level of upscale structures.

“Impeccable management of a beautiful hotel”

The view outside the window was amazing. You can feel the impeccable management of the hotel through the cleanliness of the room, the communal bath and the environment. The staffs were hospitable, respectful and genuinely welcoming. This was a very enjoyable stay, will definitely come here again.

Beautiful. Views of the sea. Walk through the woods to the beach. Luxurious. Japanese banquet dinner (with some challenging ingredients!) Foot spa in the garden

“Seaside guest house with many charms.”

We visited out of season, and just after they reopened, following covid. The staff are all wonderful, the majority of the building is in good condition but there would be benefits to be had from updating some of the rooms facilities. The breakfast was a feast and if you visit the small restaurant on the GF you won't be disappointed.

The best rural hotel I have been in Japan so far. Such quality is hard to find unless you pay a fortune. Very nice hot pool area including outside pool. Impressive lobby. Free shuttle from/to JR station. Very polite and excellent staff.
