Overview
Newly built in November 2018 as a dodecagon-shaped building, featuring an indoor garden at the atrium, Ise Guest House Kazami offers dormitory and private rooms. Guests can cook their own meals at the shared kitchen and use free WiFi in the entire building. All rooms feature air conditioning and heating facilities. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. Towels are available for an extra cost. The free-use kitchen provides a microwave, a fridge and an electric kettle. A small library is available for guests to spend their time in. A coin-launderette is on site as well. Kazami Guest House Ise is only a 2-minute walk from JR Iseshi Train Station, 5-minute walk from Ise Shrine and a 10-minute drive from Yamatohime no Miya Shrine. Meoto Iwa Wedded Rocks are a 30-minute train ride away. Free coffee and tea are available, while bread can be purchased on site.

“Love it! Definitely recommended to stay”
The house is just amazingly designed. The owner said it was inspired by the feeling of living with animals in the forest. I was amazed at how the walls can be adjusted so that there's more beds in the male room or more in the female despite them being solid wood. The location was absolutely strategic, next to the station and close to the nearest eateries. It was so easy to locate it because of the unique design. The bed was comfortable! There was a spacious place for me to put my bags without hindering others, or them me. There was a small locker at my bed for valuables. It felt homey and cozy. I really really had good almost 7 nights here.

“Nice place but not very comfortable”
The place is beautiful and warm with wood everywhere and a real tree. It's clean too. The location near the train station is great.

The owner of the guest was wonderfully kind, friendly and helpful. He took interest in the guests and it was so nice to talk with him. The guest house was very clean and had everything necessary. Will stay here again if I ever travel to Ise again!
