The reception staff were friendly & helpful. The pool & hot pool were a good feature but often full with long staying guests with their drinks. The relaxation area around the fire was always taken. Our room (upgrade designer) had good view with good space for the sofa but needed a mirror above the dressing table.

The wellness facilities are excellent. Great outdoor hot tub and sauna and lovely indoor pool and relaxation area with showers and saunas.

What we liked most about the accommodation was the staff. The receptionist, Katja, is a 10/10—super friendly, always smiling, and she treated us so well. Sebastian and the rest of the staff were also incredibly kind and super attentive."

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is stunningly beautiful, and our room felt incredibly spacious with a super comfortable bed that made for perfect rest after a day on the slopes. The location couldn’t be better for skiing—the cable car is right next door, making it so convenient to hit the lifts! We loved every minute and would definitely return.

Very nice location, only few steps to the lift and like 300m from Dorfstrasse. Also the spa is very refreshing and nicely runed by staff (/wave Sebastian)

One of the hotels with best athmosphere ... this is some piece of art and service ... Great experince with many venues and close to the lift ... is there any other hotel providing riding steps to the cable car? I guess no :)

Great food - I’m a veggie and every meal was delicious (though only one option unlike meat eaters). The standout though was the staff. Everyone was delightful and upbeat and went out of their way to help eg housekeeping searching empty rooms to replenish our mint tea bags. The laundry lady who had loaded her trolly into the loft but came and backed it out so we could use it. The Maitre d’ who moved tables so we could sit side by side as we struggle with hearing in noising environments.

We got an unexpected upgrade to a room with the slopes view. The food was very good, especially the breakfast - it has a lot of variability, and the quality of the ingredients was really good. 5 course dinner was very good as well. We enjoyed the spa, especially the open air pool. The hotel is perfectly located for skiing - right at the entrance there is a tunnel to the lift.
