Alpenresidenz Trisanna is located in the centre of Ischgl, a 3-minute walk from the lifts of the Ischgl-Samnaun Ski Area, and offers you Alpine-style rooms and apartments, a spa area and free Wi-Fi. This is a family run business and they take pride in delivering a high quality product. The family and the entire staff is very accomodating and polite. The breakfast is fantastic. The quality of the spa is one of the nicest we have experienced (there is no pool). The location is perfect, a 3 minutes walk from the tunnel with a moving escalator that takes you to the Fimba lift. Our room size and quality was perfect and the room was quiet by ski resort standards.

Excellent place to stay in Ischgl. Friendly staff, nice bar area and very, very clean. Breakfast was always fresh and good quality. Excellent location being a short walk to one of the main lifts. you can also buy discounted lift passes at reception

“Clean, modern and very well located to ski gondola, shops, Apre ski and transport.”
The location is on the upper end of the main high street, 8 mins away from the main Apre Ski party area. It's also very conveniently located for the main ski gondola, a 5min walk. There's plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate area, but it remains peaceful at night. The bus stop is right next to the hotel and a generous parking lot for those that drive. The ski lockers were excellent as well, space for your gear and integrated glove and boot dry racks. I enjoyed the onsite spa as well, although the massive super spa centre is within walking distance across the main road. The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff super friendly. No issues whatsoever.

“Perfection”
I liked everything about this hotel. The room was clean and the kitchen equipped. Possibly the only thing they could improve on is the breakfast as 25€ is a bit pricey.

“RUDE OWNER of an expensive but clean hotel”
Pros: -excellent location, just a few minutes from the ski lift -parking is included in the price of the hotel -guests of the hotel have a small discount on the ski lift pass -sauna is small but nice -the young man - the owners’ son - at the reception was very pleasant Cons: -the older gentleman - the owner - is EXTREMELY RUDE and impolite. The treatment I received on a daily basis was just horrible. From smirking to waving his hands at me, calling me AC/DC (I am a jazz and classic music fun), and snapping at me. The hotel review would be “1” if I am to review according to the behaviour of this person. -VERY SMALL ROOM in the BASEMENT for €190 per night out of the peak season -My friend spent one night in my room - I was charged additional €150 for that - a highway robbery

The hotel is well situated in the town, the rooms were very comfortable - the singles in the basement and top floor were perfect for our ‘ children’ of 18 and 21. The bar was perfect for a few drinks and the breakfast was excellent. Totally recommend the hotel
