The breakfast was fine- I love toasted sandwiches. It would have been good to have yogourt and fruit sometimes. The location was fabulous. The village was friendly and interesting - a good cafe/restaurant. Views were stunning and and it was a peaceful place to re-charge the spirit.

“Perfect Peace in Authentic Arcadia”

The hotel has wonderful balcony views across the plane. It is beautifully quiet at night and the room is spacious with a greeat shower. A perfect place for those seeking peace, and a base in the area. Above all, the owner is friendly and kind, running the ground floor cafe serving friendly locals in the evening (and morning breakfast). On the first evening he pointed out the wild boars feeding on fruit in in the valley below. I wish I could have stayed longer!

We booked this hotel for four nights because it was fairly central to the excursions we wanted to do in the Peloponnese and we wanted a more rural, quiet location. If you have not been to Greece you may be surprised at just how hilly/mountainous it is and the roads up to the hotel are quite scary in places and 1st and 2nd gear were used a lot! However we wanted a view and the host kindly gave us a front room with a spectacular view as it is so high up in the mountains which is what made our stay particularly good. The host is a very kindly friendly man and I was sad we could not communicate much because of the language barrier. The hotel itself is very traditional and has not been updated in many years but that was ok by us because it felt authentic, homely and relaxed. The breakfast was traditional Greek breakfast and the host was very generous with the amount,and accommodating of our vegetarian needs.

Hotel is set high above the valley with great views over the hills. Great friendly hosts. Parking available close to the hotel. Great Greek mountain village atmosphere with great hospitality. We were there in mid winter, I can imagine that the panoramic outside terrace is splendid in the summer months. Restaurant area was well heated with a great fireplace.

We were received in a very simple but heartwarming way, we were given the room overlooking the breathtaking valley. The whole scenery is very charming, the place is set just by the church and the village is cute and its people truly welcoming

We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and the most amazing view, it's a small peaceful quiet village, very easy to relax here.

I have arrived for the weekend to visit and study the Byzantine church of Agia Theodora, a few kilometers nearby. I was welcomed by the friendly Mr Pantelis who runs the place. He was always present, provided valuable information and gave excellent recommendations. He also took care of the excellent dinner, which I ate at the hotel. I felt very welcomed, and was invited to join the locals in the evening to watch the football game at the lobby. The hotel is very clean and cozy, and so was my room with a spectacular view all over the Megalopoli's valley. I used the hotel as a base for excursions in the area. The church of Agia Theodora is a captivating place that does not let you leave. This is one of the most beautiful areas in Arkadia and the Peloponnese, and offers splendid hiking possibilities.

Great stay, the host was super kind and since it was off season we were alone. He stayed up just to accomodate us and make us food. Definetly recommend this authentic Greece Hotel in the mountains.

A quaint and cosy hotel with gorgeous views that served as a fantastic quiet and peaceful getaway. Lovely hosts that were super polite and friendly and the continental breakfast was also amazing and very filling.
