Overview
Set in the small village of Isaba, on the Roncal Valley and on the banks of the River Esca, Pension Txiki offers a nice location for outdoor activities in the Pyrenees. Each room at Txiki comes with a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Bed linen and towels are provided. On the ground floor, the guest house has its bar and restaurant specialized in local dishes of the area, and preparing set menus every days. Packed lunches are available on prior request. Plenty of activities can be organized in the surroundings including Selva de Irati, Reserva Natural de Arra, and the Gargantas de Kakueta. There is free parking for bikes, and free WiFi is available throughout.

I arrived by bicycle cold and wet after crossing the mountains i arrived to a friendly Lively bar restaurant just what i needed a safe place was found for my bike and I was shown to my room . . I was looked after by an English speaking young waitress who by the time I'd changed and had a hot shower had laid a table for me in a very full restaurant. Lovely set menu, great value. The waitress worked incredibly hard bit still had time to explain the menu to me. I can't thank her and the owner enough. Great place

“A great place to stay”
I felt like the owners couldn’t do enough for me. I arrived in the middle of a busy lunch service but I was checked in and supplied with the cold drink I so desperately needed. Great room, excellent sleep for the two nights that I stayed. Nice food. Perfect for my rest day on the GR11. Thank you.
