room service was delivered in a plastic take-away container with plastic cutlery that didn't cut. Coffee and Tea in Styrofoam cups. Only 1 small bottle of water (stayed 3 days) Waited 90min for the free pick up Shuttle from the airport .. poor service.

I was staying due to flight cancellation and arrived very late, 2am. The room I was allocated faced on to the lobby and was just next to the games room. There were people playing pool until very late and it was very noisy, then first thing the construction workers started with drills and other tools in the lobby so I had very little sleep. None of the staff I spoke to seemed to care very much.
