Front desk service were amazing, Courtney took care of our check in. We only stayed the night, the snack bar came in handy as we checked in around 11pm.

“Overall fine. Lack of help on arrival let the rest of the good team down.”
I valued being able to use the general lounge, restaurant and shuttle-bus as my flight out was not until 7pm. Front desk staff and luggage team were mainly good (see below). Matt on the luggage team was especially helpful

“Service was lacking”
The property is fine (although the club lounge is a little tired), however I was let down by the service on every occasion. This is so disappointing, because treating guests appropriately should be so easy.
