Well I was in a room I book on first floor do to im disabled can't really climb stairs do to a hip replacement I went in this morning to pay for my room the guy in there said someone had book my room so they had to move me upstairs how to u book a room for someone if someone is already in that room I never heard of that and u moving me to second floor knowing I had hip replacement and foot surgery and I got to climb stairs I have no balance and y'all did not even put me near no elevators at all I don't appreciate that at all never heard of someone booking a room why it's occupied and moving the other person out that was wrong and discrimination to a disabled person

“They canceled my reservation”
Didn’t get the chance to stay. Went for the eco loose and they canceled my reservation due to people overstaying their reservations, leaving me without a room and scrambling to find somewhere else to stay the night of my visit.

The bed was sunk in with a hole in the middle. So we both would automatically roll to the hole and suffered back and neck pain. There were roaches all in the room as well

“Gross! This place is a dump.”
Dozens of dead roaches and other bugs all over the room. The room was not clean. TV remotes were missing or lost could not be found. Bed was uncomfortable.
