We booked in last minute. Got there and the room had been already booked. So after paying for a uber there and back it was a total waste of time. Got a refund from booking.com

Nothing the hotel wasn't there, I'm still waiting for my refund.

The worst experience J had, I arrived to the location that said in google maps and the hotel doesn’t exist there, at the reception said that the hotel was sold and they don’t accept my booking. I WANT A REFUND OF MY BOOKING THAT I COULDNT USE

They charge me for the room and when I try to check in they say the hotel is full

“The Super 6 Motel is a disgrace”

I arrived late to the address and hotel wasn’t there. Instead it is now Super 6 Motel. I had prepaid for the room. There were several people in the same situation. I had not option but book a room with Super 6 Motel (I assume this was where OYO originally). Room was disgusting. The room dirty and I saw a Mouse running across the bed.

This hotel doesn't exist anymore and Booking is still saleing it, asking money up.front. I'm still asking for a refund.

They gave me 2bed room on the first day. The price was reasonable, The location was convenient.

A thin stream of water flowed in the bathroom, she was in a hurry, she didn't go at all. there was no plug in the tub and insects were crawling out of the opening. insects were crawling in the room. the reception staff did not want to call me a taxi to the airport. oyo hotel is not a hotel but a motel.

To be honest, I cant think of anything that I actually liked about the OYO Hotel at Irving DFW Airport North. And I can only recommend to book an other hotel. since it seems like OYO trys to scam the customers.

I arrived to check in. There system was down so the wouldn’t check me. They offered I could sit in the lobby to cancel my reservation . That’s it. I would not offer this hotel if I were you.

Because it was dirty, the room wasn’t ready. They charged me more than it supposte to be. Room full of dust and insects

I like the location but the elevator was broken so upon my arrival with all my things and having to take the stairs - urggghhh.

“Brief and nasty”

Facilities were so awful, the rooms smelled like urine, bedsheets were filthy, it was probably the most foul hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Was in a bind after a cancelled flight at 2am. When I went to check in, I was told that my booking wasn’t showing up, to which I said “don’t worry, I want to cancel anyway”. They told me that because I wasn’t in the system I wouldn’t be charged, so you can imagine my frustration when I was charged a “no show” fee. Bookings.com please sort this out!

“Worst most dangerous terrible hotel experience ever.”

We couldn’t even stay. Got there, paid, saw the room and immediately left. It was unsafe. They gave my number to someone else staying at the hotel who tried to solicit me as if I was a prostitute. The room was disgusting. Everything was dirty. The door was not secure. The lightening fixtures were broken. Chairs and couches were filthy with stabs and tears in them. Not at all how the place was pictured on Booksy. Booksy needs to address this and remove this place. We took pictures, called and Uber, dropped keys at front desk and literally ran away. Terrible experience. Had to freeze my financials and will have to change my phone number.
