Our stay at the Omni Las Colinas Hotel was brief but left a lasting impression. Due to a canceled flight, we arrived late and could only stay for a morning to rest before our next flight, which was disappointing as the hotel and its grounds are absolutely stunning. The beautifully designed property, with its lush grounds and inviting pool, made us wish we had more time to explore and enjoy. The front desk staff were exceptional—friendly, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. They ensured a seamless check-in process, allowing us to head straight to our room to rest after an exhausting journey. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing the perfect space to recharge. While our visit was far too short, the quality of the hotel and the warmth of the staff convinced us to return. We’re already looking forward to a longer stay to fully experience everything Omni Las Colinas has to offer. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting the area or transiting thru Dallas

The hotel itself is beautiful — elegant, clean, and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a great atmosphere. On the surface, everything looked perfect. Unfortunately, the entire experience was overshadowed by a serious billing issue. I had already paid for the stay in advance through Booking.com, but upon arrival, I was told the payment hadn’t gone through, so I had to pay again at the hotel. In the end, I was charged twice for the same stay. Since then, I’ve been trying to contact the hotel to resolve the issue, but no one has responded, despite earlier promises of follow-up. The complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this standard. A beautiful room means nothing if the guest leaves feeling ignored and overcharged.

Favorite part was the staff. My girlfriend and I visited for her birthday weekend. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a suite overlooking the boardwalk and they sent up a bottle of champagne and cake (complimentary). The following day I coordinated to have the gift with a bottle of wine brought to the room while we were out as a surprise. They perfectly staged everything. The proximity to food and drink was perfect for a relaxing staycation.
