“Clean but don't expect breakfast to be breakfast and don't order room service”

A bit outside of Dallas, but not far. This made it fairly quiet. Good-sized room. Okay bathroom. We got a room on the first floor and not far from the reception area. There wasn't much noise, and while the air conditioner made some noise, it was far from the worst we've had.

really enjoyed my stay, even though it was only for one night. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and overall I had a very enjoyable experience. The shower pressure was a little weak, but aside from that everything was great. Breakfast was lovely, and I especially enjoyed the little garden area — it was beautiful sitting outside in the morning with a coffee watching the planes come and go. The housekeeping staff were also very kind and friendly. .

The actual hotel was fine, just what you’d expect.

I was very impressed with the helpfullness of staff and with good breakfast - considering it is a budget hotel. The back yard territory was very nice. The shuttle service is very helpful.

Near airport breakfast

Great hotel for our overnight stay to pick up our flight for Sydney. Clean, okay breakfast included and comfortable. Free shuttle to the airport was a bonus. Just not to close to anything but the airport but that is what we wanted.

Good location, convenient corner with frozen meals and noodle soups as we arrived late and just wanted to eat a quick snack before sleeping. Staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable.

I never made it in the property because the driver left me outside the hotel driver. He even made it a point to leave me outside and told me he’d he’d come back but never came.

Near the airport

Decent-sized room, well-presented upon arrival. The included breakfast offered a really quite reasonable buffet selection, although the 9 am finish time did seem rather early for an airport hotel where guests are arriving and leaving pretty much all the time. The shuttle bus to the airport and it is nice that it can be used to the Airport DART station if heading downtown for sightseeing as there is no public transport close to the hotel and the hotel is a significant distance from Downtown. It is however very convenient for the airport, as you would expect from an airport hotel!

I found the WiFi excellent and this helped my stay greatly. Some staff were lovely. The room was big with plenty of towels and pillows. The location was good meaning I was able to get Lyfts easily and reasonably priced. The little shop area provided me with water and anything else I needed.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the lady that pepared breakfast was very sweet and hard working. Always looking out for us. Breakfast was ready even before 6... great job!
