“I felt like I was staying with family, only the were nice and did everything for me.”
Every single person on staff was so nice. From the shuttle bus driver to the front desk to the cleaning staff. As a flight attendant, I stay in a lot of hotels. This staff was incredible.

Very handy to rental car return area. We loved everything about the hotel. Debra at check-in was exceptional and Benny in Dining and Bar was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff were very helpful, I don't know the ladies name that took our food order that evening but she was very accommodating. My son has a nut allergy and made sure his dining experience was safe as possible...

“Pleasent comfortable stay at Hyatt Place”
One of the most comfortable beds I have stayed in.. Slept really well. Facilities were very good (a pity the mini bar was down though) All in breakfast the next morning was perfect - everything one could want.

“Free shuttle service to/from airport and value for money accommodation”
We were transiting to another city. Hyatt Place is close to the airport. Though the hotel is not within walking distance, free shuttle service is provided to fit well your arrival and departure times.

“Loved every second”
Donna from the transfer bus was really nice, then at check in and check out all of them were so nice as well. The room was super clean, bed was so comfortable!!
