1. We stayed three nights and requested them time and again to do the room cleaning by house keeping but the elusive room cleaning service was never rendered which is a disgrace. They said they have policy to not to clean the room unless requested due to Covid but even after repeated request they didn't ensure the room cleaning. 2. The air conditioner in the room doesn't work properly ( heating doesn't work till a certain temperature point and then it's outperforms to make the room unusually hotter). 3. During check in at around 3.00 am, the person at the front desk didn't probably know how to tag in the credit card with the payment software ( or the software was not working). As a result we had to wait almost an hour for check in. I offered for a cash deposit as a security depsoit alternaive method to settle the issue for time being since their system wasn't accepting any of our cards ( due to their problem) however that wasn't agreed upon. They finally kept the credit card details to be settled later and let us check in at last. 4. The next day we were outside for whole day and after coming back, we staightway headed to the front desk to inquire whether the payment was successful or not and just discovered that the hotel still couldn't charge the card. At that moment the very first response of the front desk person was to inform that they woild not let us get in to the room as the payment couldn't be charged( despite having all our belongings in the room) and he said the instruction was given by the manager. It was beyond my understanding as to why they didn't call me in my mobile whole day to settle the issue. The message of withholding room key was very disrespectful and humiliating and I have never faced such kind of dealing anywhere in the world I have visited. They should have politely explained and requested to assist them for payment since we were already in house guests.
