“If I return to Dallas I certainly would be staying there again”

The room was much larger than I expected, and the staff were so friendly

I stayed for a week and had two different rooms, so this was not just a coincidence. Both had cleanliness issues, with stained and even torn towels and blankets, and missing toiletries. The gym was in terrible condition: dirty, with broken machines, no water, no sanitizing wipes, and sometimes no towels at all. Breakfast was repetitive and very basic. Definitely not worth $150 per night.

Staff and other issues

Most of the time staff were uncooperative. Their answer were mostly NO They will not clean daily and the floor carpets were dirty. The toilets were very small and smelly. It is a good facility if in good hands

Location was perfect for me as I like to walk to places its minutes from a good bus service and 6 stops to the Dart that allows travel all over Dallas for only $6 a day

“Overpriced and underwhelming experience”

Location in Las Colinas and close to the highways; 2 Bedroom suite with separate living room and kitchenette; Quality of internet was good; The check in staff proactively offered us a room on the ground floor instead of higher floor (there are no elevators). Breakast included was functional (would have preferred some more vegetarian options)

The room was very spacious and location of the hotel was very convinient.

The whole staff was extremely pleasant and great to work with. Chris, the manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assure us that they were there if we needed anything. He is the type of person who makes me want to use Hyatt whenevev possible
