I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the front desk employees. He treated me with terrible disrespect, raising his voice and yelling at me for no reason, even in front of other guests. What’s worse, one of his coworkers was standing right there and did nothing to stop or address the situation. The employee showed no interest in helping me and made it clear he didn’t care if I left or ended up without a reservation. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on their customer service.

The hotel is close to the airport. Bed is huge for one person. The check in staff was nice and gracious. Breakfast was also sumptous, but expect the american style breakfast, no salad and etc.

“Good place to stay but not for long-term”
The breakfast was good but not as good as I thought. The hotel next to it has a similar and often better price and has very similar but slightly better breakfast

The room was exactly like the pictures. For the staff there were friendly and very helpful the dining area was clean the breakfast was good the location of the hotel was within 30 minutes or less to the places we wanted to go
