“Dallas”

Clean, close to Hidden Ridge station for easy access to downtown Dallas and both airports

“Great hotel for business trip to Verizon and Convention center.”

Walking distance to Verizon where I had meeting which made me comfortable. Also very close to DART orange line station which will allow easy access to the DFW and Dallas downtown.

The facilities were top notch.

The bed was comfortable and pillows were too. Room was clean and could watch Netflix.

“Horrendous”

After a long international flight and arriving after 11pm was asked by receptionist for photo ID gave my passport was then told that it was not suitable!! Though the passport allowed me to the US was not classed as ID for hotel the receptionist had to phone manager who then asked for other form of ID as I stated to both the request was photo ID and in my experience a passport would be sufficient ...... apparently not for Fairfield Was eventually after midnight got key to a room entered the room and switched on the lights (or so I thought) the room was so dark as the light only gave access to a small space had to walk into the room and switch on 5 lamps to get some light ... Upon getting into bed I understood why the lighting was so poor as I saw a pool of blood on the carpet which they had tried to clean and were very unsuccessful, in addition there was a 2 inch gap between my floor and the door!! I requested for a cleaning service which was not done in the 5 days I stayed at the hotel in all it was dirty with unfriendly staff who were not concern with the guest welfare DO NOT STAY HERE!!

“Very comfortable and the management addressed some unruly kids quickly”

Traffic noise was louder than to be expected and the male working the front desk was not very friendly. When I let him know that we had taken the last of one of the breakfast items, he appeared to be bothered that I interrupted him eating while at the check-in desk. Another parent had left some technology equipment in the breakfast area and when he inquired about them, the gentlemen did pass along the information to the manager but again was not very receptive.

“For a quick business trip, this is a good option to consider.”

Compared to other hotels in the area, this property was very affordable. It was very easy to get on and off the highway. The staff was friendly, which I always appreciate.
