“Apart from the wonderful service from some staff, it was an extremely disappointing experience.”
The genuinely caring and professional service provided by your exemplary employee, Ms LaDonia Adams, in dealing with otherwise difficult matters the morning of our departure. The service in the restaurant in the evening was excellent. The shuttle drivers were friendly and very helpful.
