Very disappointing experience. The shuttle was extremely dirty—my kids didn’t even want to sit—and the driver was unhelpful and unresponsive. Service felt poor overall, yet tips were constantly expected. The hotel itself was just average: WiFi was good, the room was okay, but breakfast was a joke. Avoid the shuttle and don’t count on breakfast

The shuttle bus convenience. But not the dangerous one that was falling apart, rattled and felt unsafe.

“Pretty Good”
Very handy to DFW airport. Nice little restaurant and bar in the foyer meaning you don't have to leave the premises. Safe and secure parking onsite. Free shuttle bus to DFW every 30 minutes is fabulous. Lots of airline crew staying here so it can't be all that bad. It was interesting having a meal in the restaurant and overhearing pilots talking to each other about aircraft.
