Overview
ETH Irún is a modern and minimalist hotel in Irún, on the Spain-France border, just 2.5 km from San Sebastian Airport. It includes free Wi-Fi in all rooms, and free private parking. ETH Irún's rooms are simply decorated, with wood furnishings and natural light. All have air conditioning, heating and a bathroom with hairdryer. ETH Irún’s bright restaurant features views over the surroundings. Guests can enjoy an authentic espresso and a simple continental breakfast here in the morning. There are a number of Medieval castles in the local area. Central San Sebastián and the Paseo de la Concha are around 18 km away. There is also easy access to the business centre near the Santiago Bridge. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Staff and food were amazing but warped floors from water in the bedroom and it smelt of smoke. But the staff and food made up for it!

“Don't be put off by the location, this is a good hotel.”
It advertised as having soundproofing and air conditioning (important in September in Irun). The soundproofing between rooms wasn't great but externally was good and the air con was very good. Good bathroom (though, as usual, no extractor fan). The restaurant downstairs was pretty good (at least for me) and they did me a gluten-free roll for breakfast. Overall, much better than its external appearance suggested.
