We had a truly memorable stay at Prince Valley Guesthouse, nestled right in the heart of the Blue Mountains. The location is simply stunning—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape from busy everyday life. Bobby was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great local tips for activities and exploring the area. Simone prepared absolutely fantastic dinners that we will genuinely miss. We stayed in the treehouse, which was a very special and unique experience. Of course, it’s a bit more simple, so it’s best suited for those who appreciate nature and don’t expect a five-star hotel. During our three days there, we went hiking, visited a coffee farm, and spent relaxing hours reading in the hammock. We’re returning home feeling completely refreshed and grateful for this experience.

I don't know where to start - I wish I could live there. The environment is beautiful, the people in the valley and especially at the guesthouse are super friendly. Its breathtaking.

It is a lovely place - unique and placed in the real mountainy countryside of Jamaica - with many good day walks around in the area (including a lovely hike to Irish Town) and a nice relaxed and local vibe :) Would definitely recommend!

“A Blue Mountain experience in the truest sense”

My stay at Prince Valley Guesthouse was everything I hoped the Blue Mountains would be. Beautiful, authentic, and quietly transformative. The road up is its own small adventure, revealing views that already slow you down. I was welcomed warmly by the hosts and enjoyed an excellent dinner in good company. As the sun set over the valley, soft dub roots floated in from a neighbour’s place, becoming part of the hills rather than a distraction. It wasn’t just accommodation, it felt like entering a peaceful little world where time moves differently. By far my best experience in Jamaica.

The place is amazing! Beautiful view in the jungle and mountains. The owner Bobbie was so nice and funny, and helped us with everything we need. Highly recommend!

“Amazing stay with beautiful scenery”

My favourite place I went to during my Jamaica trip, absolutely beautiful scenery, the perfect place to relax. There are nice walks to access in the area that are easy to follow and all of the local people are lovely, as a solo female it felt perfectly safe to explore on my own. The team at prince valley are very helpful and friendly, the food was absolutely delicious and the room comfortable. I used the recommended driver to get to and from Kington for 6000 JMD each way.

We had a fantastic stay at the Prince Valley Guesthouse. It's in a very remote, beautiful area in the mountains. We stayed for a couple of days. On the afternoon we got there, we took it easy, relaxing on the rooftop and enjoying the amazing view and a beautiful sunset. On our second day, we walked for about an hour or so to the coffee farm (craighton) where we enjoyed an incredible tour. On our final day, we took it easy and relaxed at the property, though we were tempted to visit the school of vision rasta camp nearby or enjoy one of the nearby waterfalls. (Our only regret is that we didn't take advantage of the possibility of getting a ride from Kingston, where we were staying before, to the guesthouse. We took an Uber to a spot on the nearest main road from where one of the hosts picked us up for the final descent down challenging, worse for wear mountain roads. We realised we should have just taken the transfer from Kingston and recommend you do the same if you don't come by your own car. We didn't make the same mistake on the way back).

The man who works there is relaxed. The man helped me with finding people to do two walks, that was kind.

What an amazing and beautiful place in the Blue Mountains! Wonderful hosts and delicious food (do have dinner and breakfast there - especially the Jamaican breakfast, a real treat! The tree house room is super quirky - you can't get closer to nature than practically sleeping in a tree! Great little honesty check list for beers and snacks so you don't have to bring any with you. Just enjoy the peace of the mountains, beautiful. Coffee is delightful and roasted by the host himself!

“Rustic, weathered, and natural guesthouse deep in the Blue Mountains”

A rustic but beautiful spot tucked away deep in the hills. With multiple decks for taking in the view with a coffee or beer, it's a amazing place to absorb the scenery. Ruth and Bobby are great hosts, and the treehouse is no doubt one of the most unique hotel rooms I have ever stayed in! The drive might be intimidating but take it slow and it's no problem.
