The furniture was new and very clean, and the overall cleanliness of the property was very good. The location is right next to the sea, offering beautiful views and easy beach access. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The beach and sea were great, with soft sand and clear water. We especially appreciated the private beach area reserved for hotel guests, including complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas.

Everything was fine. The personal stuff was pretty und accommodation very well.

The atmosphere is cozy and ideal for real relaxation. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. It is also a wonderful place for a family vacation with a child – safe, calm, and with all the necessary comforts.

“Amazing place with beach included in the price!”

The hotel is a small and charming property right on the beach. There is only one pedestrian street separating the hotel from the beach. This is amazing advantage, but most importantly there are sunbeds free of charge for guests of the hotel. The beach bar is right behind them and there is service to the sunbed. The garden is also very well maintained and green. Rooms are clean, bed linen is changed every third day, as well as the towels, cleaning is everyday. The room which we stayed in had kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee machine (Nespresso free of charge). We loved the location! It is quiet, no noisy beach bars. 5-6 minutes walk to Lidl, 15 minutes walk to center of Nea Iraklitsa. Staff is really friendly and fast, all speak good English. Totally recommend this hotel for families.

The villa in general is nice, really well maintained especially in the yard. Staff is really friendly, and they have nice beach bar with sunbeds included into the price. There were 2 aircons which was also good.

This location was one of the best we’ve been to. Right on the beach, cleaned every other day, confortabile bed, good water pressure, good AC, select and clean beach site, bar on the beach with very good freddo cappuccino, good restaurants at walking distance, plus a Lidl at street corner. We’ll definetely come back!

Everything was perfect, the room, the yard, the staff, the distance to the beach, the bar, the staff from the bar, the freddo espresso :). The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, the location was close to good restaurants on the beach. We spent a lovely vacation at the villa.

Excellent location next to the beach. very helpful and friendly staff. Facilities are well maintained and comfortable. Nice beautiful garden in the yard and between the buildings. Free sun beds and umbrella at the beach.

Exceptionally beautiful yard, clean rooms with nice terrace and separate entrance, well equipped rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly, it really made our stay comfortable! Location is great (private beach is across the road, much better than the public one), quiet place since it's not in the centre... It felt like home, we are sure that we will visit this villa again! It was great for travelling with the baby.

“A Remarkly Uncommon Place”

My last stay was five years ago. I am so glad to see that their service quality is even better. The welcome drink was a good guest amenity. The rooms are clean and the garden is kept well maintained. The beach utentils are high quality products and bar service at beach, sincere & friendly. You can take all your day at beach, eating, drinking, swimining and take a nap. There are many lovely kittens in the garden. You even do not have to worry about where you to park your car. Their car park is enough big and the market is only away 5min.walking distance. It is one of the unique place in the Nea Iraklitsa region. Highly recommended
