The apartment is nice and cozy, clean, and filled with charming decorations and thoughtful touches from the host. The villa is quiet, family-friendly, and about a 15-minute walk from the beach and nightlife. The hosts are an amazing family, and as soon as you enter the apartment, you can feel the love and passion they've put into every detail. It's the most comfortable and lovely place I've stayed in so far.

Host is so welcoming and the apartment was well renovated and had everything we needed. Perfect location close to the main road between Iraklitsa and Peramos. Will visit again! Thank you, Dora!

Very easy and correct communication with the hosts. I booked the place on the same day I wanted to check in, received an immediate reply from the hosts and kept regular communication to clear the details. The place is easy to reach, cozy, clean, ideal for a couple. Perfect WIFi.

Amazing view from the main balcony - prob the best in town, also there's like 3 balconies which is unheard of. Location is very good, you're 5 min walk from the heart of the town or the shortest drive away. Dora, the host, has been nothing but incredible in any interactions we've had. I visited last year, then again this one and plan on going back there in the future

Nothing we didn't stay we left ,that was horrible place. Very old and dirty.the owner was very arrogant.

The host first and foremost! She was extremely kind and helpful and responded quickly even when I had a problem that was nothing to do with her. The studio we stayed in had everything required to make our stay pleasurable and we loved the extra touches including hand soap in the shower room, washing up liquid, a bottle of water in the fridge and a sewing kit to mention but a few. What we loved most of all apart from the stunning views (the building is situated on the hill overlooking the bay) was the privacy we had in the outside area of our studio where we sat for hours enjoying the sun and the quiet. The studio itself was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The twin beds (which were alongside each other with a joining piece between them) were extremely comfortable and the linen spotless and there was a double wardrobe and storage in the bedside cabinets too. The bathroom looked as if it had been updated fairly recently with a beautiful, large walk in shower and vanity unit with plenty of towels. The kitchen area had a refrigerator, two ring cooker and a microwave as well as a good sized dining table and 3 chairs. There was mosquito net on the window, air conditioning and a tv and DVD player. Everything worked. Parking was available just to one side of the gate to the studios and we never had a problem securing a place. We would have no hesitation in recommending this host and accommodation and would be happy to stay there again.
