What a lucky choice that was! It turned out to be much better than the other villa we booked during the same time for another family. True hospitality makes all the difference — and this place has it in abundance! Nicko and Toula provided everything we needed — a crib, baby chair, even baby bed sheets — which the other host had failed to deliver despite multiple reminders. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated with artistic touches, and had a fully equipped kitchen. We stayed on the ground floor with a private entrance and access to a stunning garden that felt like paradise — full of greenery, cozy sitting areas, and peaceful corners for reading or enjoying coffee. Nicko is an exceptional host — polite, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about design and hospitality. His lovely mother Toula was also incredibly warm and welcoming. They both went above and beyond to make our stay perfect — from local tips to sweet little treats. * Coffee, sugar, cream, sweets, compliments in the kitchen. *Wi-fi, information about the facility, adorable place to stay. *Nicko sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. *Maistrali restaurant - less than 5 min walking - tasty and on the beach. * Lidl - 5-7 min walking distance. Compared to the cold attitude of our other host, Nicko and his mother truly stood out. We are so grateful to have met them, and I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

We have spent 11 great days at Paneon Apartments. The house and the apartment are beautiful. I don't think I've ever spent time in such a beautifully decorated apartment, the owners are dedicated to every detail. Of course, there is no need to talk about cleanliness, everything was sparkling clean. The yard is beautiful, so carefully decorated, with a huge number of different plants, and everything is superbly maintained. In the yard there is also a dining table under the pergola, as well as a set for drinking coffee. Of course, there is also a barbecue. The apartment itself, since it is on the ground floor, has an additional small yard that is also beautifully decorated, with a table for four people and a sunbed. The location also has a parking lot that can accommodate at least 6 vehicles, as well as a gate with remote opening and closing. The apartments are very close to the beach, I don't think it takes more than 5 minutes to walk. That part of the beach is spacious, there is a beach bar with sunbeds and umbrellas. Host Nikos is very helpful and available at all times. He gave us a lot of very useful information. Both the welcome and the farewell were wonderful. We will be happy to come again if the opportunity arises. I recommend Paneon apartments from my hart.

Wonderful hosts, very friendly and there for you. The apartment is fresh, clean and has anything you didn't even know you needed! Awesome garden where you can dine and the kids can play. 5 min from the closest beach. Lidl is also a 5 min walk away. 10/10 recommended.

The apartment is very comfortable, furnished with great taste and creates home comfort. We had everything we needed. Clean, with attention to detail. The place is close to the beach and Lidl. Quiet and peaceful corner with an amazing garden. Our hosts, Niko and Tula, are very kind and responsive.

“Perfect location!!!”

Highly recommend!!! We had a perfect stay at Paneon Apartments. Niko and his mother are lovely persons and so discreet hosts. We looked for a quiet place in order to have a relaxing and calming holiday and it was the perfect choice for us!! Even if the location is on a very circulated road, the house is positioned more far from the road, having the garden in front of it. The garden is gorgeous and well taken care of. At 300 m far away there is a Lidl supermarket, which is a very big plus. The apartment was perfect for 2 adults and 1 small child: very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, the kitchen and bathroom were so well equipped, beyond our expectations. You have everything you need and more of that. Niko provided us a baby chair and a bed protection. We really appreciated his kindness. They also made us available capsules for the coffee machine, care items into the bathroom, dishwasher detergent etc. We would for sure choose again Paneon Apartments if we would return in Nea Iraklitsa.

The host was fantastic, always smiling and really helpful. He took great care of everyone and made sure that all guests had peace and quite in the hours that are considered for resting during the day.

Everything from the host was OK. Nico, the owner with whom I kept in touch, his sister and mother are normal people, and if you ask for their help, they are immediately at your side with advice and even solve your possible wishes. If you consider that you don't need anything, it respects your privacy and doesn't bother you, don't worry about it. Now speaking of the apartment itself, everything is well detailed and well set up, starting with the cleanliness with which you are greeted and absolutely everything you would need to spend a few days of vacation quietly, here including bathroom items for men and women (even some strictly necessary for women in case you forgot to put in your luggage in a hurry). In the bathroom, the water pressure and the adjustable temperature exceed the comfort found in many company hotels. Plus the balcony and not only full of flowers, which delight your soul and complete the feeling of a quiet vacation. Of course there are other good things, but I don't want it to look like an advertisement made by the owner or his friends, so I'll let you discover them yourself. Last but not least, I confess that I did not tell my daughter and son-in-law where I will stay. Because in the pictures, the location looks too good, and we also know what troubles others took, when they arrived at their destination, and saw the cruel reality, it doesn't show at all what they had sailed with in the pictures. Fortunately, I was able to send my daughter the link from Booking com, with the statement that I found the location, as in reality it is exactly as in the pictures, even if on Booking com, they seemed somehow retouched in Photoshop. No, they were not retouched, they are real. If I have bored anyone, I apologize in advance, but I thought it would be good to point out the good work done on this market.

The apartment : clean, large (2 rooms + kitchen), and fully equipped with everything one may need during a vacation. Also something that for me is important: comfortable mattresses on both beds. although outside it was quite hot during the day, during our stay there was no need to use the AC. we used only the fan, sometimes. just outside the apartament : a nice and private corner to relax/eat, a large and beautiful garden, and a private parking spot waiting for us. The location : near the beach (one public beach + beach bars, you can choose what you like). This is quite convenient when you have small children. it is also close enough to some good restaurants, lidl store is within walking distance and it is also possible to order food at that location ( i used efood.gr for that) , which is again convenient when you have kids. Niko, the Host was very kind and helpful: he guided us to the location when we arrived by car, he recommended us a few other nice nearby beaches/restaurants/places to visit and provided valuable info about the nearby mountain I wanted to visit (Pangaion Hills). As I forgot something in the apartment when leaving he also helped me recover it by DHL international delivery. In conclusion, everything was as expected and even beyond our expectations.
